This apartment complex is the best of the best! What started as a chaotic morning with a miscommunication about my move in day, turned into an incredible day! LeAndra helped me quickly pivot and was so accommodating. She was so positive and truly cared about how smooth our move in day was! Will and Tan went ABOVE and beyond to help me move in, because it was just me and my dad!! They were so kind to us and truly made all of the difference. Thank you to all the team! I’ve lived here for a year already and transferred into a bigger unit and I am so glad I did !!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! If i could give this complex a one star i would. We have lived here for a 12 month lease and it has been nothing but a horrible experience. For 9-10 months we dealt with noisy neighbors. We have contacted the complex multiple times throughout the year. Begging them to help and do something about it. To the point where threats were made between neighbors. And when that happend we contacted the complex once again and they say "we will help" or "we will contact you later with an update" and they ghost you. The leasing office team doesnt give a crap about the residents. They are sassy and rude and useless. Now the complex itself looked nice but it was definitely built by 5 year olds. The door handles fall off the drywall cracks , the bathtub caulk ,cracks. We have had to have our bath room caulk redone 2 times and both times it has cracked and gotten worse. I've had the washing machine pipes leak behind the wall as well and ruin the drywall. This complex management is a failure and does not try to keep their residents safe, and the apartments maintained.There have been numerous times where break-ins have happened here. And they don't do anything about it. Also residents have assigned parking spots that they pay for every month.And when you're gone from that spot someone else will park there and when you try to contact the leasing office to remove this said unauthorized car from your spot they are nothing but useless.They will take your money , but they won't help you. Numerous times that somebody has parked in my spot and they have been ignorant. All in all one of the worst apartments that I have ever lived in and I don't wish this hell on anybody stay away from this place, stay away from any apartment that is managed by west Corp. Do yourself a favor and make sure you never move into an apartment managed by that company. They will show you all the amenities that they have.But please note that it is not worth it. They try to deceive you with all their amenities to cover up the fact that living there is nothing but crap and unsafe.

I loved my time there so much! The office people were very kind and always willing to help whenever needed. The amenities were really nice I loved the bbq area and the pickle ball courts. The office space was also really nice to get work done and print out papers. The one complaint I had was how thin the walls were. It can be a bit awkward being able to hear all that goes on with your neighbors. Aside from that the overall experience was amazing!

My partner and I are looking for a place for ourselves and started with Shade, after looking at a few more options we found ourselves comparing everything to them and new we needed to stick with our gut! The Shade team was very welcoming, helpful and fast with getting us in for touring. Our leasing agent LeAndra is absolutely the BEST! She’s been so wonderful through helping us navigate our new journey and cannot wait to call Shade home!

My best friend and I visited on a Sunday to tour the property after seeing how beautiful it looked online. Unfortunately, our in-person experience was completely different. When we entered the leasing office, we immediately felt unwelcome. The woman at the front desk was on her personal phone call and didn’t acknowledge us. Another agent from an office behind her asked, “How can I help you guys?” We explained what we were looking for and our intended move-in timeframe. While she searched for availability, the front-desk agent remained on her phone and then suddenly interrupted, asking if we had “papers” for my friend’s husky. Before we could finish explaining, she cut us off and said the property had breed restrictions and we couldn’t even tour without proof. My friend calmly informed her that his husky is an ESA (Emotional Support Animal), to which she casually replied “okay cool” and then told whoever she was speaking with on the phone that the dog was an ESA. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel judged. As a former leasing consultant myself, I know that requesting ESA documentation before a tour is unnecessary and inappropriate. It was both uncomfortable and discriminatory. After viewing the model, we had already made up our minds — we were no longer interested. For reference, the two agents working that day were Yahira and Anna. It’s unfortunate because the property itself is lovely, but our experience with the staff completely ruined the impression.
