we’ve been working with keirsten since the very start, months ago. we love her & she’s been amazing - very quick with her emails, polite in person, and so helpful every time we come across something the day that we moved in there were a handful of issues, the main one being our gate codes & clicker weren’t working. i called for maintenance at around 7/8pm, as we were actively unpacking. it’s important to note i didn’t have my phone on me at this time (looking back i should have had it’s volume on, but that wasn’t the case nor the point of this review). i received a voicemail where the man on the other side was clearly irritated that i didn’t answer my phone. i have screen recorded the voicemail. we decided to go get some help in person, and mentioned the voicemail to keirsten. not sure what came of it had that voicemail not happened, i would say the move would have been seamless. but since so much already happens during a move, the negatives outweigh the positives

I absolutely love living here and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The community is super quiet, very well maintained, and I genuinely feel safe living here, which was really important to me. The pool and gym areas are great, clean, and easy to access, and everyone I’ve met has been so friendly and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Bryan Ruiz, who helped me throughout the entire process. He was amazing from start to finish—always responding to emails incredibly fast, answering every single question I had, taking my calls, and making the entire moving process smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. He truly went above and beyond, and I felt supported the whole time. I’ve had zero issues since moving in and honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re considering living here, you won’t regret it—and if you get to work with Bryan, you’re in great hands.

Very disappointing experience. I paid the application fee, submitted my proof of income, and even offered additional verification through my employer and HR. Despite this, my application was not approved, communication was poor, and my application fee was not returned. The process wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend renting here based on my experience. Update: In response to management’s reply, my concern was not about receiving special treatment. I provided an official employment offer letter and employment contract, and my employer was willing to verify my employment directly. Despite providing all available documentation, I was unable to complete the verification process and was later approved by another apartment community using the same employment information.

I have lived here for about a week now and I absolutely love it. The space is very well taken cared of, gym is immaculate, and community spaces are breathtaking! I had Bryan initially give me the tour of the property and he was so informative and has been incredibly patient with me even through the whole application process even when I'm indecisive and called him a million times to change units. On the day I moved in my sink wasn't draining and within minutes the maintenance supervisor Kevin showed up and fixed it, he was super efficient and friendly. Briefly after that, I needed my door battery replaced and Arthur immediately showed up and changed out my battery, and on top of that he even offered to take out my cardboard boxes from my move-- definitely went above and beyond! I've read about a lot of places nearby with horrible reviews about management before deciding to move in here and I'm so glad I did. The staff here really do make me feel safe and taken cared of. Would definitely recommend living here!

I lived here between 2023 and 2025 and the property went through a change of management and is now owned by Greystar. As soon as we saw Greystar took over, we knew it was time to move out. The end of my lease ended halfway into the month, on the 13th. My autopay was turned on as it has been since I moved in and they did not prorate my rent and took over $2400 for my rent (the entire month’s worth). I asked the office if they could return that money back to me. As you know that moving is pretty costly, with having to get movers, putting down a deposit at the new place, and paying the rest of the month’s rent at the new place. They said they could only process the refund after they inspected my apartment and I officially moved out. That is insane. So Greystar doesn’t have enough money to return to me but can buy whole apartment complexes. Right. That money wasn’t returned to me until a month after I moved out, over $1400 was just kept by them for no reason. If you’re in a tight spot, you are totally out of luck. I did have savings that I could use but I will never rent from Greystar ever again in my life. And like somebody mentioned, they also took half of my deposit. We cleaned the apartment for 3 days before moving out, took out all the shelves in the fridge, cleaned the oven and bathtubs, cleaned everything. Greedy company - Greystar should be named Onestar
