Excellent location to reside. Perfect distance from Main Street and Downtown Las Vegas. I have lived here for 6+ years and it has been my favorite location in Vegas to reside. I just wanna start off by saying my stay would not be the same if it wasn’t for Arody. she’s the best manager I’ve had in all my stays. She tends to every need or question that I have. A pleasure to talk to you as well. She carries herself as a respectful person to all. I would recommend these apartments to any and everyone I know only because she made my stay here that much better.

I have lived at L'Octaine Urban Apartments for 20 years and I have never regretted the move. Living in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas is a lifestyle choice for those who love living in the fast lane, with all the artists and creatives that make the 18b Arts District hum. Downtown Las Vegas is where it is at, especially if you call L'Octaine home! Best apartments in DTLV!

We’ve lived here for about 4 years now and have never had an issue with management. Arody has always been so sweet and is always on top of any maintenance requests we need. By far, the best manager! we’ve had such a great experience living here. Arody is the best! ❤️

I am not happy with maintenance, I’m not comfortable with the maintenance man Jeremy in my home. I’ve had a flood in my home he’s patronizing. He has come in to do things in my house and never finish them. I’ve told them multiple times what’s going on over here and he neglected to follow the management instructions. So I do not want him in my home, I’m 54 I probably have a son his age and I will not be spoken to like I’m an idiot. I understand new management is coming in and we’re happy that that is happening. However, the management that has been with us for the last 13 years Always has been prompt to solve problems on property. Unfortunately, we lost the mother of the property a couple of years ago she bleached the patios twice a month. The laundry room was immaculate. You could eat off the floors. I understand there has to be changes, I agree. But don’t treat the tenants like we’re squatters or slum or beneath you. As our property management prior to new management always had a respect, interpersonal curve. We understand she has a new direction as far as management. However, tenants have been here since the day it’s been built. And our management that’s been in place has always been on top of our units. And now, for some reason it’s falling apart. I hope there’s a happy medium with our new management. We are happy. There are good changes being made. However, when there’s a leak or a flood and there’s several units in here that have the problem. My neighbor upstairs, the ceiling still leaking. But as for me, I do not want Jeremy in My Home. My floors are now being replace after September 19th it is now October 17th. , these are just being handled. Arody is in the middle of all this and has been the middle manager. We hope to see the new changes and Arody continue to be able to keep our suggestions and request as a priority as she always has. Sorry about the novel however, I am a college student. I am with cactus aviation. I fly small Cessna airplanes. And I’ve had to put my ground school on hold. Because I’ve been displaced for almost an entire month. Not enthused. With that being said, thank you for coming in and making positive changes. However, again it would be nice if we still had that management that still cared about the tenants that made Loctaine an amazing place to live, , a tight knit, family, and we watch over one another.
