After three months I thought it is well kept, has security guards, and it is fenced and everyone is nice here! Ever since then I know that people keep going in my apartment when I'm gone and they keep taking things like silverware, toilet paper and paper towels. I have to always take with me stuff that I want to keep, like cigarettes, phone, a pocket knife, and a mobile hotspot so they don't take it. I NEED HELP If anyone knows who it is! They also hack my phone and eavesdrop on me all the time.

I took an apartment at the BLVD. Apartments next to my sister whom had moved out during the pandemic. The location is impeccable and the facilities are fresh, modern, and almost obsessively clean. As a COVID physician, their overall attention to sanitation and public space tidiness was impressive even to me and they scrub every inch of the pool deck and grilling equipment out every morning at sunrise, without fail. The staff—particularly Martha et al.—are attentive and accommodating. It is a wonderful and safe place on the Strip that my sister still calls home and I very much enjoyed living here before I bought my house About a mile away. Could not recommend these apartments more—I’m a doctor, avid hiker, and I love good cheap local food. This apartment allowed me safe harbor as I got to know the city I ultimately fell in love with and gave me easy and convenient access to all of these things.

I have lived Downtown for several years and this spot is the right balance for me. Close to Downtown, The Strip, Arts District, Downtown Loop, Las Vegas Monorail, and amenities you need for living. Grocery, pharmacy, medical, dental, and small businesses all within walking distance or transit. The neighbors are mature and respectful, and this property is always clean and upgrading everything.

I think I want to move here but the website doesn't say to much 1.What is the turnover rate for residents here? High turnover might mean more noise, more change, or less stability. 2.Does the building allow short-term rentals What are recent noise complaints like? Ask current residents if possible. 3.How does trash collection work? out trash, how often? ) 4. Are there scheduled building maintenance / inspections? What’s the notice? 5.What is the parking permit / decal situation? How many cars can you have ? 6.How is mail / package delivery handled? 7. Is the real all included one pay and live in go? 8.Is there a reserve fund for the building? (For condos / high-rises — this affects long-term maintenance.) 9.How well-lit / secure are the walkways, stairwells, elevators? 10. Is it safe? 11.do the stuff help fast if your appointment need to be tented to like eclectic,pluming etc 12. Is there mice and Roches? 13. How big are the units Anyone knows ? 14. What's the pool rules 15. How much you need to move in ? Is it a fast process will they take cash or run credit?
