I wanted to take a moment to recognize Fernando and Cesar for their excellent work. They've been incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough with every maintenance request I've had. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor make a real difference in the quality of service at 211. Tamika at the front desk is always extremely helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. Her professionalism and positive attitude make a real difference.

After leaving a toxic relationship and going from a shelter, to staying with friends due to me not having family in Vegas, to constantly feeling defeated and hopeless about my living situation, I finally decided to put my pride aside and take a chance on myself. While scrolling on TikTok, I came across an ad for 211 Apartments. I scheduled a tour, and although it wasn’t the luxury lifestyle I was once used to, I knew I needed a fresh start more than I needed perfection. I applied, gave the rest to God and Tamiko, and prayed for the best. When I got the call saying I was approved, I cried tears of relief. My biggest worry was the deposit because I truly didn’t have much, but Tamiko worked with me and made something happen that changed my life. People mention how small the studios are, and yes, it’s not a huge space but to me, this apartment is so much bigger than square footage. It’s a stepping stone. It’s stability. It’s peace of mind. It’s a roof over my 5-year-old son’s head while I rebuild myself. This is where I save, work on my credit, heal, hustle, and prepare for the next chapter. So no, it may not be my luxury townhome yet… but it’s the beginning of getting back to me, and for that, I’ll forever be grateful to Tamiko and the property manager for giving me a chance when I needed one the most. People have to remember it’s not where you live it’s how you live! You can make the best of whatever situation!!!

Just moved here at 211 very affordable mini singles even with a small space you can make it nice! Love the 24 hour amenities gives everyone a chance to enjoy it! Anna was great very friendly and bubbly during the process.

Stout sucks. Look at your yelp reviews? I Don’t like the renters insurance scam here charging 36.90 after saying you don’t have to comply until June 1st but charging you in May’s rent..until it’s complied with, that’s sneaky and border line illegal. Who is going to send their declaration sheet to epremuim to that over the top email address that is so long? Do you folks realize how many elderly people live here and can’t do that?

The rooms were too small for my tastes. The lady who was filling in for management showed me three rooms but they were all approximately 170 sqft or so which was unfortunate because the 211 does have some nice amenities. The 211 has a seasonal swimming pool, an outdoor fire pit, a very nice sitting area outside. They are very pet friendly as they even have a doggie area outside. The building has a coded entry making it usually safe. The location is excellent because it is within walking distance to various casinos, Fremont Experience, various dining areas and around the corner is a family run mini-mart. There are also various bars within walking distance as well. The bus stops are nearby as well.
