ShareDOWNTOWN Fremont East is a great apartment complex located near the heart of downtown Las Vegas. Many convenient places within walking distance for food, drink, coffee, small artsy businesses , not to mention Container Park and Fremont St Experience. In front of the building are RTC bikes if you’d prefer to ride ! The staff and maintenance are friendly, easy to reach, and thorough. Apartment maintenance is done regularly with plenty of notice. Any other issues are addressed promptly. We all know the staff by name and they show their faces often. The building is secure with resident only fobs for entry into the elevator area, parking garage and stairwells. In addition there is a system for access for your deliveries. There are cameras for common areas and walking areas, as well as around the building. Any issues with security can be reported and resolved quickly. The studio apartments here are clean, cozy, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer unit included. Featured in the complex is a physical fitness center, a business center, and a great communal area with a vending machine. My favorite feature is Eleventh House , an amazing business connected to the building which offers pole classes among many other classes. Additionally we have great Third Thursday events with catered food, either in our communal area, or at ShareDOWNTOWN in the Arts District or in new businesses downtown! I moved here a year ago and have never had problems with pests, noisy neighbors or even much street noise. It’s been my best decision yet to move here. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a community-friendly , affordable place to live with so many options for food, fun and fitness, give ShareDOWNTOWN a call and schedule a tour. You won’t regret it !

Since the beginning the staff at ShareDowtown have been nothing but outstanding. Down to the Owner , to property management with Salvador , all the way through to maintenance with Johnathan, as well the one who’s always making sure the garage is clean/ thermostats are working etc, you can always find maintenance on property walking around working overtime. Also we simply just can’t forget about Melissa the one who always making sure this building is safe, secure, clean, and comfortable for everyone. I’ve been a resident going on 7 months now and have had little to no issues with my unit or the community . We hold community based events between both locations every first Friday to encourage building community and simply knowing who you live around. With this being my first apartment I’ve been nothing but pleased. I was able to luck up in the beginning process by getting a tour from Salvador as well as the owner himself and from that moment I fell in love with this building . I was able to put in my application while standing in the kitchen of the home I wanted and that’s a feeling I’ll never forget. If you are looking for a space to call home ShareDowtown is the place to be. Maintenance calls will be handled quickly and diligently. Any issues with paying rent or using the app are always addressed with empathy, urgency and understanding. All it takes is simple communication. I’d run not walk to become apart of the ShareDowtown communities. P.S. - if you are a dancer , yogi, or ever wanted to consider getting into pole classes etc, theres a dance studio connected to the building that offers discounted prices on memberships for residents. It comes with your own private code door access to enter the building after regular hours to give you freedom to express yourself during your own time.

I was nervous About leasing a studio apartment... These units seem small on Paper...but because of the design.. my unit seems larger and has a good flow. My apartment is secure as well as comfortable .. Melissa the manager seemed very sincere and genuine when working with me to cover my move-in cost and Salvador was top notch with helping me select the right unit ..He made me feel at ease and comfortable and went out of his way showing me apartments after hours and answering all of my questions before and after moving in. I am grateful to finally have an amazing apartment that I am proud to call home and show off to my friends I am able to rate my experience at five stars..and have no hesitation with recommending Share Downtown to people that want the eclectic urban experience and unique dining and shopping and activities that Downtown Las Vegas has to offer

Moving here was one of the smartest things I’ve done! Very accommodating team here, amenities and apartment felt like new when I moved in. They do a great job of organizing community events for us & offer building perks also excellent security & prime spot to be in downtown!

The elevators are great never had one issue with them. The AC thing is a little weird you turn it off then it will be on or it will switch from ac to heat but its ok. Maintenence request are always answered quickly ans addressed. I have a juliet balcony and never had a issue with smell. The apartments are clean and very well taken care of. I enjoy liveing here
