I had a wonderful experience touring Parc Haven with Marissa. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and took the time to recommend the perfect one-bedroom layout based on what I was looking for. The community itself is absolutely beautiful — very modern, luxurious, well maintained, and perfectly located near Symphony Park and the Smith Center. It truly feels like a high-end, thoughtfully designed place to call home. Although I ultimately decided not to move forward due to transportation and commute logistics (I don’t drive and needed something closer to work), that had nothing to do with the property or the team. Marissa was outstanding throughout the entire process — responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Parc Haven is a fantastic community, and I would absolutely love to live here in the future if my circumstances change. Highly recommend both the property and Marissa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live in Las Vegas!

I have lived here for 3 years and just renewed for a 4th year. I work in the medical district, and it is a short commute. We are close to Fremont Street, Downtown Las Vegas and the Arts District. I have had zero issues living here. My service tickets are resolved quickly; the office staff responds to my needs quickly. I can walk to the Smith Center for a concert. There was a change in the front office and my renewal got missed. However, once it was brought to their attention it was remedied immediately. I am from Texas so I am used to bigger apartments at the price point. However, it seems like all new builds have the same floorplans.

I’ve lived at Parc Haven since 02/2024 and I love it here! Tara is always ready to help and answer any questions I have. The facilities are well maintained, any maintenance issues are resolved same day. Our pool is honestly one of the best maintained pools I’ve ever experienced- and any guests I’ve had over agree on this.

Before you even consider leasing at Parc Haven, you should understand several major issues with this building that are not obvious during the leasing process. First, cell phone reception inside the building is nonexistent. Calls and mobile data do not work inside units. The building advertises “Wi-Fi included,” but this is not a benefit—it is a mandatory building-wide network that costs over $100 per month. Second, the hot water situation is extremely limited. The units use small, 35 gallon water heaters and hot water runs out quickly. If you attempt to fill a bathtub, the water will turn cold before the tub is half full. Even normal showers are an issue. If more than one person in the unit needs hot water. Expect to wait +1hr for hot water to recover. Third, parking is an additional cost that is not clearly emphasized during leasing. Parking spaces are $150 per month per vehicle. Considering the size of the parking garage, it is surprising that parking is not included with rent. There are +100 empty spaces available. Now for the reason I am leaving. I lived here for about 12 months without any problems with residents or staff. Recently the leasing office staff changed and hired what I only describe as someone who dedicated their entire adult life to a professional that did not help them develop a skillset to manage a leasing office. Almost immediately problems began. Now mind you, all my interactions with residents have been positive so I have inquired about the experience others have had with the new leasing person and all feedback has been terrible, which was expected and re-affirming to hear. My vehicle had been charging in the EV area of the parking garage for months without issue. Then suddenly my vehicle was cited while other vehicles unable to charge were not cited. When I raised the issue with the leasing office and pointed out that other vehicles were clearly in the same situation, I was told those vehicles would not be cited. I was actually astonished at the level of verbally confirmed selective enforcement. Now mind you, I have spoke to management and other staff about these tow notice stickers and it's the responsibility of the towing company who they contract to issue these warnings. So what this one leasing person did was walk from the office, not under instruction to do so, walks over to only my two vehicles and sites them to be towed and ignores all other vehicles and the other 5 floors of the garage. This individual did so fully knowing I'm unable to charge correctly without being issued the Blink access code. Just to create more context, these tow stickers require a blade, rubbing alcohol and goo gone to remove. It takes about 20 min to remove the stickers, so for me this warrants vandalism but we'll move past that. When I attempted to calmly resolve the issue with the leasing office and simply restore the charging access I had already been using for months, the situation was dismissed and no meaningful help was provided. What she proceeded to do was twirl around the office gloating about her position to control on-site services. As soon as she made these threats to me I had to record what was happening and well you get to see for yourself with the images attached. If you are interested in knowing more about this individual, her name is Lexi and we are obviously in Las Vegas and she likes the number 777. So if you want to complete this riddle, the aforementioned items will be enough. After twelve months of living here without any issues, this abrupt change in treatment was enough for me to decide not to renew my lease. Between the unreliable connectivity, infrastructure limitations, additional fees and inconsistent management decisions, this building is simply not worth the cost. Prospective tenants should think very carefully before signing a lease here.

I’ve lived here long enough to say this needs to be public knowledge. The security cameras in this complex have been down for about three months, and the consequences are becoming serious. Neighbors are being harassed, packages are being stolen, and I recently found a used condom in the hallway. That is not just unpleasant, it’s a clear sign that common areas are no longer being respected or monitored. When cameras are down for this long, it sends the message that there is no accountability. It creates an environment where people feel unsafe and where behavior escalates. A residential complex should feel secure, clean, and professionally managed. Right now, that standard is not being met. If you’re considering moving here, ask very specific questions about: • When the cameras will be repaired • What temporary safety measures are in place • How management is addressing theft and harassment This review isn’t written to be dramatic. It’s written to be honest. Safety and basic security are non-negotiable, and residents deserve better communication and faster action on issues that directly affect our well-being.
