THIS BECAME A SECTION 8 COMMUNITY I don’t usually take the time to write reviews like this, but after living here and finally deciding to leave, I feel like people deserve to know what they’re walking into. When I first moved in, this property felt completely different. It was maintained, relatively quiet, and there was a sense that management actually cared about the community they were building. Over time, that has completely changed—and not for the better. It now feels like management is more focused on filling units than maintaining any kind of standard. There doesn’t seem to be any real screening, expectations, or accountability anymore. As long as units are occupied, nothing else seems to matter. The environment has become chaotic. There are kids running around unsupervised at all hours—pathways, parking areas—you name it. It’s not about kids being kids; it’s the complete lack of structure and oversight that turns it into constant noise and disruption. There’s no sense of boundaries or respect for shared spaces. On top of that, there’s little to no enforcement of community rules. Noise complaints go nowhere. Ongoing issues don’t get addressed. You start to feel like you’re just expected to deal with it, no matter how disruptive it becomes to your day-to-day life. What’s most frustrating is that this didn’t happen overnight. It’s been a steady decline, and management has had plenty of opportunities to step in and course-correct—but hasn’t. Instead, it feels like standards have been lowered across the board. Living here started to feel stressful instead of comfortable, and that’s ultimately why I left. A home should feel like a place you can relax and feel at peace, and that just wasn’t possible anymore. If you’re considering moving here, I’d strongly recommend visiting at different times of the day and really paying attention to the environment. What you see during a quick tour might not reflect what it’s actually like to live here. I had high hopes for this place, which is what makes the experience even more disappointing.

I just recently toured Nola Sky with Shannon and had a great experience. She was super knowledgeable and showed me a two bedroom townhouse. The clubhouse is a great space for me to hang out with my friends. I love how we can hang out there and it is close access to the pool. The townhouse was spacious and had a two car garage. I love how the townhome that we looked at overlooks the pool area. The kitchen area is super large and spacious. I honestly love the layout of the townhomes. These don’t feel like apartments and it feels like you are living in your own home. Shannon went over pricing and other fees for the townhomes as we came back to the office. Jessica came out to introduce herself to me and asked if we had any questions about Nola Sky. I love how Shannon and Jessica both interacted with me and made sure I felt like I was home. The other communities in the area did not express great customer service. I felt like they just took me on a tour and didn’t answer questions, so thank you Jessica and Shannon! I look forward to calling Nola Sky my new home once I sell my house in Summerlin.

⭐⭐ (2/5 Stars) Current resident. Downgrading my rating due to a continued frustrating experience with the current property management. The amenities are the biggest issue. Access has been officially reduced to exclude Sundays - though I can’t find a notice, and half the time, the facilities are still locked on Saturdays. Even when you can get in, the Spa/Hot Tub is often in disrepair. Specifically: * The Hot Tub: Currently cold. Even when it’s warm, the jets rarely work. * Property Upkeep: There is an ongoing issue with pet waste and trash not being cleaned up, making the grounds unpleasant to walk through.
