The community is always clean and the staff is very friendly and they offer me coffee when I visit the office. I've talked to a few residents here, and they've always seemed positive and love being at this community. Andres is the manager, and I feel like he is very genuine and welcoming.

Victoria is nice polite and helpful. However, this place has roaches, and they will hold you accountable for the window screens and will harass you if you remove them. These photos are from the day I moved in. Oh also the counters and bathroom tub are not cleaned they cover them in plastic vinyl that rips and bubbles. So don't expect to get your deposit back, they do it on purpose.

To respond to the response on this review, I have already reached out multiple times for help and have received nothing of substance in return. You guys can reply to my already existing email chain with a resolution. This place is absolutely German cockroach infested to a level I have never seen before in my life. I just moved in almost 2 weeks ago and have not stayed in the apartment past the second night when I discovered roach eggs, an extreme amount of roach poop, excessive dead roaches in my living room window track & smashed into cabinet hinges, and dead roaches that they just painted right over into the wall. I notified them of the issue 10 days ago requesting to be let out of the lease and refunded my move in costs due to the unit being uninhabitable. I have been getting my things out to prevent taking an infestation with me and when I’m in the unit I get hives and am now seeing live roaches. I have sent them all these photos and more and they are dragging their feet about getting back to me. All they’ve done is send cleaners that did not actually clean the unit at all (it is still covered in roach poop) and pest control that did not actually enter the unit or spray despite written permission to enter (they left me a card that stated this). This is far beyond anything they could fix anyway and is absolutely disgusting. I’ve been as patient as possible waiting for a response before taking this to the reviews. I want to be released from this lease, and I want my move in costs refunded to me. If you are thinking about moving in here, don’t. This has been such a stressful experience and I’ve had to throw things away. Myself and my cat are staying at a friends house because we cannot be in the unit. The legal department doesn’t care at all. It’s really unfortunate because the apartment is objectively nice looking and the neighbors are so friendly but this trumps everything.

Roach infested, ceiling and pipes constantly leaking, only 1 stove eye works, and gun shots heard every week. Avoid the apt complex is gross and in a very dangerous area.

My partner, our kids, and myself moved a couple weeks ago and we absolutely love it here. It's very quiet and clean both inside the apartment and the landscape. Virgina was so awesome and moved us in swiftly in less than a week. She is very knowledgeable on the community. I'm definitely glad I moved here. Major upgrade from the other apartment complexes in town I've lived.
