Angie Carriedo was such an amazing agent. She gave me a last-minute tour of the apartment and still made the entire experience feel smooth and well-organized. Despite the short notice, she walked me through everything and explained all the details about the unit, amenities, and the property itself. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment!

I can't say enough great things about Christina at Marlowe Centennial Hills. Christina is always warm and welcoming whether she is on the phone or in person. Christina is always prompt in communication and always makes herself available to address any questions or concerns. Christina was extremely patient and very accommodating during the tour of the beautiful property and very knowledgeable about the property and units as well. Christina explained the leasing process so well that she covered all the questions I had without me having to ask them. I looked at apartments with Christina prior to this last visit but I was still in a lease so as soon as the lease was up, Christina and Marlowe immediately popped into my mind. Christina gave the same high level of customer service as the first time which shows how genuine Christina really is in her work. Christina is truly an asset to Marlowe Centennial Hills and any prospective tenant would be fortunate to work with someone so nice, accommodating, and professional and reside at such a wonderful property!

The staff at the leasing office are very sweet and helpful. The amenities are great. The one glaring issue is the lack of concierge. The couriers need to scan the packages they delivered to the Parcel room, and then the resident gets a one time code to enter the room. The delivery folks only follow these instructions 3 out of 10 times, which means the residents cannot get their packages 7 out of 10 times. My neighbors and I would help pick up each other’s packages whenever one of us gets a code. Yes, you could leave your ID at the leasing office (located in another building) to borrow a key from them during business hours. However, the leasing office is usually closed by the time I am available to pick up the packages. The only other option is to call the parcel room company’s helpline before 8 PM. The hold time is often around 90 minutes. And you have to provide every pice of personal information that you can think of in order for them to open the door for you remotely. At this point, I’m surprised they are not asking for my social. I’m currently on hold with the parcel room company. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes. So I just need to wait another 45 minutes to an hour, hahaha. And no, you can’t keep your place in line and request a callback because that function is only available before 6 PM. And no, the text assistance option doesn’t work because only the agents on the phone can open the door remotely. Every time this happens, I deeply regret renewing my lease.

I’m only slumming it here while my estate gets remodeled, but this place is a complete disaster. The staff is beyond incompetent—they treat basic maintenance like a personal insult and get hostile the moment you push back. The manager actually puffed his chest out and got in my face yesterday like he wanted to fight over a leaky sink. It’s pathetic to be threatened by people who clearly hate their jobs; I’ve seen better service at a drive-thru.

I really regret moving here. Car break-ins are way too common, and instead of making residents feel protected, the building seems more focused on towing cars at every opportunity. The towing feels predatory and unfair, and the surrounding neighborhood does not feel safe. For the amount of rent charged, no one should have to deal with this level of stress and insecurity. I would not recommend this building to anyone.
