landing 36 is the best property. Such a beautiful living area and amenities. The management is so caring. I met Antonette and her team. They just took over and you can really feel the immediate change. I think she's the boss or part of the owners but her team is so awesome. They were all here a couple of days ago but she is here now too.

The Apartments are nice stainless-steel appliances, lots of upgraded features. A few things that could be better is a space to put your linens towels, blankets etc. Who builds apartments and doesn't add a linen closet. There is an abundance of cabinets in the kitchen though. It will be a year in July, and management has changed I believe three times and I have nothing positive to say about that. The team that is there now seems to be okay for now although I'm still having problems with them fixing my account in regard to some credit I should have. The grounds are kept clean, not too much noise the pool area is kept clean, the gym is nice kind of small, but it serves its purpose.

I had an a exceptional move in experience. I came to tour Landing 36 all the way from Northern Utah with a list of other apartments I had scheduled showings for. Landing 36 just so happen to be my first and last apartment I looked at. I was so impressed I chose to begin the application process on the spot. The whole process was smooth and efficient. These apartments are beautiful inside and out. I love the location and amenities that they offer. It's also gated for peace of mind. Lastly I'd like to give Mercedes a special thanks for her patience and professionalism. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Schedule a showing today because these wont last long.

Landing 36 is stunning. The design, the details, the overall vibe, it’s clear a lot of intention went into this community. It feels polished, modern, and thoughtfully curated. But what truly impressed me was the team. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, genuine, and completely dialed in. You can feel when a staff takes pride in what they’re building. I’m waiting for July availability, but cannot wait to call it home!

I currently live at this apartment community and feel it’s important to share my honest experience. Residents are charged a $95 monthly amenity fee, yet the amenities have not consistently reflected the “luxury” standard that is advertised. My daughter and I were able to use the hot tub once, but after a maintenance worker entered the pool area, the water turned cold and has remained cold every time we’ve checked since. In addition, the staircases and hallways — particularly in my building — continue to have visible stains and appear unclean despite multiple notifications to management over several months. For the rent prices being charged, basic upkeep and presentation should be a priority. There is also a noticeable police light presence near the entrance, which raises concerns about overall safety and the environment residents are paying premium prices to live in. At this point, I am genuinely questioning what the amenity fees are going toward if the amenities and common areas are not being properly maintained.
