I’ve lived here for 6 months. It’s been okay, not the worst. However, my dirt bike (cost more than 14,000) was stolen. Up to 300 dollars in packages stolen. There is no security. No cameras. And an influx of homeless people who have been doing hard core drugs (I have see needles and things involving tinfoil) moved in and have been watching me go in and out of my apartment everyday for WEEKS. I’ve called the complex twice. No one will answer the phone. No one will call me back. Just the other day I saw a pedestrian pull out a GUN on a homeless man for harassment. And I’m supposed to feel safe? I’m supposed to call this place home? But they want to put up posters about having pasta parties….Anyway, now I’m forced to take time out of my work week to go speak to someone in person. We will not be renewing our lease. I feel unsafe. Beware.

We had a disappointing experience living here. When we moved in, the apartment was not in great condition and did not appear thoroughly cleaned. There were visible stains and general wear that made it feel like the unit had not been properly prepared for new tenants. When we moved out, we were charged significant fees for items we believe were pre-existing or very minor. Unfortunately, we did not document every detail at move-in, which made it difficult to dispute the charges. We recommend future tenants carefully document the condition of the unit with detailed photos and written notes before moving in, as this may help avoid similar disputes. Overall, our experience with management was frustrating, and we did not feel the situation was handled fairly.

Hidden Cove used to be a great little community and an amazing property but over the years it has seriously declined. Management and maintenance are lazy and do not care, security is an absolute joke. The only reason they have a 4.2 rating right now is because they have bribed residents with Starbucks to leave good reviews. However, the reality is…rents are too high for what you actually get here which is: a lot of crime in the complex, a lot of unresolved maintenance issues (residents going long periods of time without water or electricity because of unit issues, water leaks, appliances not working correctly, etc), the pools rarely being open in the summer because of health department closures or poor maintenance, an extremely rude and uncaring staff, and poor communication (if any) from management regarding anything happening on property. They are also extremely shady about trying to charge you extra for anything; could be just a little extra charge on your monthly statement that you might not even notice at first or they really like to screw people on move out fees (charging for damages that didn’t exist, charging for unnecessary repairs, and not applying deposits correctly in order to charge you thousands after moving out). This place is not worth what they are charging for rent and not worth the headaches you will have here.

The Office staff and maintenance are always helpful. Rozy she is the best. She is always at happy spirits with a great attitude. Never fails to solve my problems. She deserves a raise.
