Her approach reflected a five-star, Forbes-level top tier, delivering a luxurious experience from beginning to end. The tour flowed effortlessly, guided by her confidence, respect, and natural ability to connect. What stood out most was her authenticity. She remained down-to-earth while being honest and transparent, creating a comfortable and genuine experience. Her presence set a strong example of excellence in her role. I left feeling encouraged and assured, grateful for the care and attention she gave throughout the process. She created an inviting, relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism and dedication. Her overall energy and approach were truly exceptional. The experience was elevated even further by the stunning flowers in the lobby. They bring the entire space to life the moment you step in, an absolutely beautiful and memorable touch. The property, location, amenities, events, and staff are outstanding. The front office staff always brighten up the day with welcoming smiles and laughter, especially St Marks Sanders with his all day "Good Morning" sayings & the beautiful Ms. Eursala with a her gorgeous arrangement of fresh flowers through out the office. Living here is like being on vacation and that's why I've been here since 2021

Ursula was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable throughout our tour. She took the time to show us every part of the property, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. Her friendly attitude and positive energy made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We truly appreciated how attentive and helpful she was!

Truly can’t really complain, my dog and I are happy here. We enjoy living here and there’s a good chance we will renew our lease again. Special shout out to Ursula for always greeting us every morning with care, and always making my family feel at home whenever they visit me from out of town. Truly appreciate everything she does and the rest of the staff!

We had an outstanding experience touring with Ursula Tovar . From the moment we met her, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She has an impressive depth of knowledge and was able to answer every single question we had with clarity and confidence, which immediately put us at ease. What really stood out was how personable and professional she is, she struck the perfect balance between being friendly and highly competent.
