I lived here for five years and I have nothing but good things to say about The Bank. The units are clean and beautiful and the building has great amenities including two gyms and places to study. There’s plenty to do within walking distance making the location perfect for things like going out downtown or walking to the CWS. Finally, I LOVE Callie, McKenna and the maintenance staff. They truly go above and beyond for the residents and have created a great community!

The Bank Apartments are truly amazing. Mckenna and Callie work so hard to ensure that all their residents are taken care of. They offer monthly events which makes living here so fun! Maintenance is incredible - it is so quick and typically taken care of within 12-24 hours. It is an ideal location - walking distance from Creighton and Old Market. The only downside is parking, it is either a detached garage or a pretty expensive indoor garage; however, that’s pretty typical for downtown parking. We could not recommend the Bank apartments more and are truly so sad that we are moving out of state. (If you are a Creighton student considering living here, we highly, highly recommend it!!!)

My name on the lease is actually Donald Adams but I go by my middle name Mark (so Callie and McKenna know who I am...lol). I cannot say enough good things about the The Bank Apartments. I retired here 4 years ago to be near my Daughter and Grandsons and I could not have asked for a better place to live. Callie and McKenna are an absolute pleasure to work with and I want to give a special shout out to Chris and the incredible maintenance staff. They really put the tenants first and do a wonderful job of keeping us taken care of. Thank you all for everything!!! I look forward to living here many more years!!! Donald "Mark" Adams

The maintenance team has been incredible, making my living experience here at the bank a breeze. When I moved into my apartment I had noticed I was missing a coat rack/hanger, I talked with the team here and they had installed it the very next day. They are quick, do great work and make it easy on me.

Honestly I don't know where to start,Bank Apartments is the best,and am almost 2 yrs now since i moved in.Callie and McKenna are just amazing,competent and very professional in what they do.When i moved in to Bank Apartments,i felt at home,community here are so friendly, and respectful. Maintenance is top notch,Chris always responds to Maintenance requests promptly. One time i had an issue with my micro wave,the management bought me a new one .
