Have lived here a few years, the leasing manager and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. With it being pet friendly makes it so much easier. There is a huge dog run for your animal and it’s perfect to let your dog stretch its legs. The apartments are nice and the building is kept very clean.

I have lived here for less than a year, but I love it so much! The leasing manager is always so friendly and welcoming, and always welcomes my dog into her office! The maintenance and cleaning staff are all so friendly and respond very quickly. All the amenities make it worth it. The Rochester is amazing!

I've lived at The Rochester for a little over a year; I wanted to wait until I had enough time to give a real review and there's a few things that make living here remarkable! For one, Ruby, the property manager, is always helpful, listens to feedback and concerns and puts in a LOT of work to ensure things at The Rochester run super smooth and they're lucky to have her on staff. Secondly, it's never really that noisy and being as most are dog owners - it's a great place to get rest and relax within your own space without having to worry about nose. There's a vending machine that stays stocked with good snacks for those midnight cravings as well. My only call out is the on-site gym isn't that robust or updated, however if you're looking for quick cardio and don't care about the brand, you'll be just fine. Lastly, I'll state that my apartment is amazing! It's spacious, cozy and a nice layout. I'm really happy with the place I call home.

Great management, always appreciate how prompt maintenance has been!! Love the dog run, my pup has made so many friends here!! Would rent again

Lived her for over a and have had a great experience. Ruby the property manager is incredibly helpful and does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to anyone.
