The Artisan is a great place to live! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! I’m very glad we chose the Artisan to live. Emma has been so helpful with all of our questions and helping us settle into our new home. I would highly recommend living in the Artisan and take a tour with Emma!

I can’t thank Nicole enough for making my move to the artisan @39 such an amazing experience! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness stood out throughout the entire process. Nicole was always available to answer my questions (even after normal business hours), kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel completely at ease. She truly cares about her residents and takes pride in her work.

I have had a delightful experience with Nicole - management - at The Artisan. All that I have needed support around - my move in, parking, all my questions answered, and maintenance has been top tier. I have been at the Artisan since May and absolutely love it here!! Even living in a studio, the unit is very spacious and modern. Emma has been very helpful with any and all questions. The location is great for UNMC students and all of the residents have been kind. I am so glad I moved here and will be recommending to others!
