The location is amazing and the views are spectacular! I love the big windows and tall ceilings ! The office manager Graham has really made this property a clean warm and inviting place to come home to! Coffee bar in the lobby and an updated garage top patio with ample seating and a grill! The updated gym and lounge/mail room are a nice plus.

This is my second time living in the Orpheum Tower. The location can’t be beat! There’s so much to do and eat right outside your doorstep. The views from the tower are wonderful! The apartments are cute and comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for downtown living!

My name is Cody Webber tenant at the Orpheum Towers Apartments.Let me start by saying, I have known this amazing property manager Graham for over a month now and I highly recommend him. I met Graham on a walk with my ESA a haveneese named Benji out front of the Orpheum Theatre located on 16th Street here in Omaha. Since moving in a month or so ago I noticed he has the ability to effectively interact with tenants, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Graham successfully coordinated my furniture delivery to the 12th floor, seemlessly winterized the building's massive HVAC system, and pays constant attention to the common areas so that all of the tenants can experience comfort and luxury daily. I know because I can feel it! I can speak for most tenants I have met that we all have experienced increased tenant satisfaction. I plan on living here for years to come! I must spotlight Graham dedication, commitment to maintaining property standard,reliability, availability and responsiveness to my specific tenant needs. Always professional in his dealings with tenants and others. I strongly recommend Lund properties and especially Graham at the orpheum towers to my family, friends, and co-workers. Timely and Quality Maintenance and Service. Friendly and Attentive Staff. Clean Apartments and Quality Appliances. Great weight room and the parking is worth it. Can’t ask for much more than that!

This review is long overdue. Orpheum Tower Apartments have been my personal recommendation to friends who are looking to move downtown for the last 5 years. Pet friendly, gym, and private parking garage. I've lived here twice with my spouse. 1st time on the 3rd floor, 1 bedroom, second time on the 13th floor, 2 bedroom. Moving out the first time was definitely a mistake, we came back, and only moved again when we bought a house. Having lived on the 3rd and 13th floors I can say the extra $5 per floor is worth the money, so if you have the option you wont regret the view from higher up. The ceilings and windows are huge so even if you get a smaller sqft apartment the it height makes it seem more spacious. The apartment management always tried to make the lobby fun and engaging. Coffee bar, popcorn, Christmas wrapping station (all this was pre covid). Bonus - you never have to worry about fighting traffic or parking if you have tickets to a show at the Orpheum... and its Omahas best kept secret when it comes to watch downtown fireworks!
