I absolutely love living here! My property manager goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued, heard, and at home. Her professionalism, kindness, and prompt attention to any concerns truly make a difference. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and a place I'm proud to call home. It's clear that a lot of care and effort goes into creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Having a property manager who genuinely cares about the residents makes all the difference, and I couldn't be more appreciative. I do not want to lose her (Lyly). Thank you Lyly for making this such a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

My move in day nothing was cleaned or ready I called the day before to setup at 8:45 9:00 am to get my keys and get everything signed had my people ready to move me in nope didn't happen apartment was still dirty mind you I didn't move in until the 9th of the month because that's the date they had they knew I would be moving in that date for almost 2 months I was so irritated and frustrated ended up coming off more money then I should of because it took 3 days to move instead of the one day I had planned to move so hopefully it's fine from here on out

This Apartment complex is in a not so secure nor save area. When me and my roommate first moved in there was still cat food in the pantry and the carpet was never cleaned prior. The stay was good when it came to maintenance but communication with property management was difficult. The main reason we moved is cause they we going to raise up our rent another couple hundred bucks. Moving out was probably the worst process ever and they tried over charging with another security deposit. They said I didn't pay any security deposit. Then acouple days later they removed the charges. To come to a conclusion I would recommend living somewhere that is saver and more secure. Definitely not a good place for children

This apartment complex has been through a lot of Managers. I have lived here since 2021. We now have a manager and assistant manager who listen to us and do everything in their power to fix problems and remedy unpleasant situations. The place is spacious with in-unit w/d and I have enjoyed living here despite the challenges of security issues and vandalism. The view is spectacular. I love being able to see the lights of "the Bob" off my patio/balcony. Thanks to Lyly and Graham for working hard to solve problems and deal with the obstacles which arise from living downtown.

I love leaving here at Nichol Flats Apartments. A great customer service and looking clean. Lyly really care for our building.
