From the first moment I became interested in renting at Midtown Crossing, the experience has been superb. Seth was immediately welcoming and went above and beyond with every step of the process. Then, once I moved in, the maintenance crew of Chad and Jeff were fast and friendly, happy to answer questions and even volunteering to help with a couple side tasks that weren't even on the maintenance ticket! And the apartment itself is absolutely incredible and cozy with an excellent view as well. The location is fantastic: walkable to multiple restaurants, the Wohlner's grocery store, a Walgreens, the awesome Alamo Midtown cinema, the Spielbound board game cafe a block away, and much more. Blackstone is within walking distance, while Dundee, Aksarben, and downtown are all a short and convenient e-bike, bus, or car ride away. The amenities are excellent with a complimentary gym membership at the Genesis Health Club, literal feet away from the apartment entrance, included for free. I hope that the neighborhood remains vibrant and fully bounces back from the pandemic. I'm happy to live here and be a part of it! Update 2023: Although the Alamo was sadly lost (RIP), there is now the fantastic Stories Coffee beneath where the Alamo had been. Stores come and go but all the critical services remain steady and the maintenance and customer service have not dipped one iota. This is still the best place to live in Omaha. Update 2024: With the streetcar coming in 2026, there is a lot to look forward to at Midtown Crossing. The management and maintenance are still both superb, the neighborhood is fun and safe, and Midtown Crossing has the best connections and walkability in Omaha. Couldn’t ask for a better place (well, maybe if the Alamo came back 🥺)

Overpriced! No services no amenities every month another fee added on for one thing or another.. neighborhood is tore up all the businesses are closing parking garage is a nightmare from hell! Moving as soon as lease is up!

Very prompt handling of maintenance requests. They usually come take care of the request the next day. Leasing office staff is helpful and friendly whenever I call them.

Maintenance does an amazing job every time I have put in a maintenance request here. They are SO prompt, I have to make sure I’m ready for them to show up within 5–0 minutes of me submitting the request, and always so pleasant, professional and helpful. They get the jobs done and they do them quickly and seem genuinely happy to help and to answer any questions as well. The most reliable maintenance I’ve ever had out of anywhere I’ve lived, I’m so grateful for them!
