We lived at Capitol Place for four years and had to move due to a job change. We were so sad to leave! We loved the building, the location is phenomenal, and the property manger, Trevor is the best you can get! The owners and the property manger truly care about the property and the tenants and it shows. We can’t speak highly enough about Capitol Place! The amenities are great, the heated underground garage is a huge bonus and it’s within walking distance of everything you’d want downtown! The safety of the building is terrific as well. It was the perfect downtown apartment! Cannot recommend enough!!

Capitol Place is one of those apartment buildings you just don’t want to pass up on. Between the awesome location, building maintenance, beautiful views, and friendly staff you are sure to have the best experience! Trevor is incredible to work with and is so accommodating in finding you exactly what you are looking for and will give you every reason to make this place your next home. Do. Not. Pass. On this apartment community! It’s the perfect place to live out the dream of living downtown!

The building is beautiful—clean, modern, and well-maintained. What truly made my stay exceptional was the management. Trevor was absolutely amazing—always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Maintenance was also top-notch—quick, responsive, and efficient anytime something came up (which was rare). It’s clear the team genuinely cares about the residents and the property. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with great people running it, I highly recommend Capitol Place. I’d absolutely stay here again!

I am coming up on a year since signing my lease with Capitol Place and I can truly say this is the best place to live. Everyone apart of this community is super friendly and welcoming especially the best apartment manager in the game, Trevor ! The apartment is in a prime location downtown giving easy access to places like The Old Market, Gene Leahy, and Heartland America Park . Just do it !!!!!!

Wonderful place to live! I was there for 5 years and only moved because I was going out of state. Perfectly located, safe, very clean and managed impeccably, it’s one of the best apartment buildings in Omaha. The building manager, Trevor, is extremely responsible and concerned about the building and its occupants and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly. Highly recommend!!
