Living at the Brickline has been such a unique experience! From the fabulous decor, stunning views of the city and riverfront, variety of amenities to use, free events, restaurants attached to the building, and the location, it feels like this apartment has it all! We have a young child and he enjoyed his time here and we felt safe having him there. The other tenants are super nice, no major concerns. The staff was helpful and we appreciate all that they did to make us feel at home and how quickly they responded to any issues. Never feels overcrowded despite how large the building is and is typically very quiet. We often used the study rooms, pool table and outdoor grill. The negative remarks would be the fire alarms going off for testing during the construction period and the smell of dogs in the halls/elevators. Overall, I would highly recommend the Brickline to anyone wanting to indulge in the downtown lifestyle, entrepreneurs looking to connect in the community, young adults, and couples of all ages. All of our friends and family talk about how much they love it too! I will definitely miss it here.

Brickline has been everything we hoped for and more. We moved in March 2026. Despite being right in the heart of downtown Omaha, it's surprisingly quiet, seriously, you'd never know. The staff is incredibly friendly and made the move-in process completely stress-free. The amenities and apartments are top quality, and the value for the price is unbeatable, given the convenience of being downtown and the animal-friendly nature, which is a huge plus. Can't recommend it enough!

Toured the Brickline on my recent apartment search. The building, units and amenities are all top notch, and the location cannot be beat. I did not end up leasing with the Brickline due to a change in my needs, but the leasing staff was great to work with, extremely flexible, and I would recommend this complex to anybody looking!

Painful living here. Fire alarm goes off constantly (even at 2am!) - And then the fire trucks and ambulance will block the front entrance with no way to get around because of the street car construction. Decors look pretty, but build quality is shoddy. There's already water damage on the bathroom ceiling. As for noise isolation, if you're not on the top floor, you can hear your top floor neighbor walking/activities all night. 🙂 Now if you live facing the old market, prepare to deal with loud music from below and cars revving down the street on weekends at night. Whenever there's an event at the riverfront, traffic is so bad you can't even get into your own apartment. After you finally get in, good luck finding parking even if you have a reserved spot.

Great place to live. The apartments are beautiful and well designed to have the storage and appliances you need. There is ample parking. The gym is great. Washer and dryer are high capacity and work. A lot of the bad reviews for this place occurred during its construction or early days. Windows do let in some outside noise, so consider that when picking a room.
