Moment Apartments is a fantastic place to live. Under new management that seems committed to making it a great place to live. It's just a block away from the Armory, it has an absolute TON of amenities. The following is everything, I've seen (but may not be comprehensive): A large gym with plenty of equipment A spa/hottub at least 4'x6' A golf simulator Underground heated parking Office hotel spaces A bike repair space A maker/craft space with supplies A roof top pool Multiple event spaces with kitchens and fridges perfect for Friendsgivings I think this is one of the best apartment buildings I've seen in the Twin Cities.

I moved in 6 months ago, and I absolutely love living here! My apartment is fresh and the amenities are great. One of the biggest highlights is the indoor jacuzzi and sauna, which are fantastic to use all year round. I also find it incredibly useful that the building is connected to the skyway, and the view from the rooftop is really nice (see attached pictures) What truly setting this place apart, though, is the incredible moment team. Bianca, Sadie, and Tatiana (leasing office) are amazing and available during the day, and Julio (an absolute gem!) is here during most evenings until midnight, which adds an extra layer of comfort and safety to the building. We also have regular security patrolling both the building and the indoor(!) garage. Furthermore, Jacob in maintenance is incredibly helpful and sweet. I highly recommend this community!

This apartment is amazing! I’ve been here for 3 months and have nothing bad to say about it. The units themselves are amazing and spacious - all new appliances, and the amenities are next to non. The common areas and the building itself are always clean, and it’s skyway connected so you can walk around the city indoors all winter. My favorites are the golf simulator, hot tub, sauna, pool, gym, rooftop deck with grills it’s unreal. Lastly the amenities are actually working. Coming from a college apartment complex I was used to things being out of order for months, definitely doesn’t apply here. The location is great, the management is great, and I overall highly recommend considering Moment.

I had an excellent experience at Moment. The staff was attentive to details, the gym was beyond excellent, the parking garage was reliable and safe, and the building is convenient to everything you could possibly need in the downtown Minneapolis area. I would highly recommend living in this building if moving to the Twin Cities area.

Great place to live! Very diverse community, great location, and great amenities. Been here just over 2 years. I’ve lived in many complexes over the years and I have to say the management at Moment are friendly, quick responding, and genuinely interested in any needs I may have. That’s rare in my experience. Thank you for all you do!
