Honestly the best apartments we have ever lived at. The number one thing here is the staff, there’s plenty of great places in downtown, but the staff here really seals the deal. Bobby, Sedona, Richie, and Alex made the place so welcoming and were so quick to respond to any and every need. With various community events and activities monthly it truly is an incredible community. The apartments themselves truly feel like luxury. Incredible quality across the board, and all the amenities you can ask for. The views from here are also incredible. The best part, better prices than anywhere else!

The best place I’ve ever lived. Ever. The price is expensive - however, manager Bobby matched the price. He’s very professional and passionate. So does everyone else in this building. The concierge team is so nice and friendly. The decoration style is modern. Amenities are brand new and great. If I really want to pick a weak point - the hot water does not come always instantly as you turn on the tap. But, the maintenance team responded to me immediately on the first day of my move-in and showed up at my unit within 20 minutes at 11 pm. So professional and helpful! This place is full of fantastic and sweet memories and I really don’t want to move after living here for one year. Time flies. If I got a chance to move back, I will not hesitate to. If you are also looking for a great 「 home 」, not just a normal apartment to sleep, then it is your best option. Wish you have a great time here!

I am in the process of looking for apartments and came across Forte on the Park Apartments via google search. Making an appointment to tour the community was easy! After touring the apartment complex, I was impressed with how professional and friendly the staff were. I also fell in love with apartment’s amenities and interior designs. The apartment was clean, peaceful, and featured beautiful views of Minneapolis and the Stone Arch bridge!

My fiancé and I moved into Forte on the Park this past July, a month after it opened. From our initial construction tour with James to now the fun community events held for residents, our experience here has been nothing but 5 star so far. The building itself is kept impeccably clean, the apartment finishes are top notch, the downtown/mill city views are fantastic, and the team really shows they care by welcoming and implementing suggestions and feedback from their residents. Its great to see new faces moving in each week and the community we’re building here.
