I lived here for 5 years 2020-2025 and it has been the best experience. Beautiful studios and 1bed options. 100/10 best building management I have ever had. Nicole is amazing and beyond helpful! They work hard here to keep it SO clean and will help ASAP. I would recommend anyone to live here. Close to downtown, stone arch for walks and Vikings stadium. The best city views and rooftop. Everyone is quiet in the building and respectful. I will miss living here so much!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Aberdeen Apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to Nicole, the Property Manager. She is amazing always helpful, professional, and attentive. The building is incredibly clean and well cared for. It’s clear there is strong leadership here, and ownership should be very proud to have someone like Nicole representing the community.

I lived at Aberdeen for a year and a half, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. Nicole is a phenomenal building manager - she gives clear and quick communication, helps with any issue, small or big, and makes herself available when it’s needed. The entires staff is so kind and helpful, the building is clean and maintained well, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the units are priced very fairly. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this apartment building.

By far the best appointment building i every lived in. Nicole the property manger is the best, her and the cleaning lady ( forgot your name ). Building is always clean and up to date.

I lived here for 3 months during the summer of 2024. Compared to all of the other apartments I looked at in Minneapolis, this one had by far the best and most professional management. I always felt respected and taken care of by the property manager, Nicole. She is simply the best! The units are clean and modern, I enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, and the Elliot Park basketball courts were a great place to play during the summer. Thank you for the hospitality, Nicole!
