I’ve had such an amazing experience at 4th and Park Apartments! From start to finish, the entire leasing and move-in process was completely seamless and stress-free. The team made everything easy, organized, and welcoming from day one. A huge shoutout to Linsey and Rick for going above and beyond throughout the process. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find a management team that is this attentive and personable. :) The amenities here are absolutely top-notch, and the location honestly can’t be beat. Being close to everything while still having such a beautiful, comfortable community has made moving here an incredible experience!!

I chose 4th and Park for a variety of reasons. As I transition from working full-time to a part time consulting or project basis I wanted to live somewhere fun and safe for myself and for my children when they visit. The staff here is not only very professional and detail oriented...they also go out of their way for any reasonable request and have taught me how to live in an urban setting for the first time as I've owned suburban homes for a few decades. I honestly did not even look anywhere else as the manager (Rick) made me feel very welcome before even signing a lease in the summer of 2025. They have very original social events that many like to attend and mostly involve free food and beverage. One can even invite friends as they wish. I hope to stay here as long as four years until I can fully retire and move back to the mountains. If I had any complaints I'd list them. Minneapolis is surprisingly a very fun city to walk and I do so 24/7/365.

Lived here for ~6 months and have been extremely happy! The location has been incredible - next door to US Bank and the Armory make it such a fun spot. Additionally, across the street from the light rail has been so nice (going to target field/center, airport, mall of America, etc). Also love that it is connected to the skyway! The building feels incredibly safe - they always have someone at the front desk and they are very serious about maintaining the security of the building! The management is incredible - so responsive to concerns as well as friendly! Rick and Linsey have taken incredible care of us throughout every step of the process! Additionally, they always maintain great communication with the residents of the apartment! Lastly, the building is meticulously maintained and cleaned. The amenities are so nice (pool, outdoor green space, gym, golf simulator, coffee machine, etc.). Could not recommend this apartment more!

Since moving here in August from Florida with my wife, our experience has been absolutely wonderful. We live in a beautiful apartment with an amazing view, and we truly enjoy everything this building has to offer. The amenities are fantastic, especially for someone not very used to the cold. I regularly use the gym, and since I work from home, the office spaces are extremely convenient and comfortable. Having free coffee and printing available 24/7 is a great bonus. We also got to enjoy the pool during the summer and it was incredible. The overall vibe of the building and the community is amazing — everyone is friendly and it feels like a very welcoming place to live. Having covered parking is also a huge plus, especially during the winter and with the snow. I would especially like to recognize Adam, Lindsey, Gio, and Rick. They always have a great attitude and are happy to help with anything we need. They’ve been supportive since day one, and we are truly grateful for them. We’re very happy living here and would highly recommend this building.

My name is Alexeis Orta. I've been living at 4th & Park in downtown Minneapolis for the last seven months. From the very beginning, the experience has been fantastic. The apartments are clean, modern, and tastefully designed, and the location is unbeatable. However, what truly sets 4th & Park apart is the staff. Every member of the team is excellent and goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and cared for. I especially want to thank Lindsay and Geo, who have always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making every interaction a positive experience. In short, I couldn't be happier with my experience here. If you're looking for a modern, well-maintained apartment in a prime location with an exceptional team, 4th & Park is the perfect place!
