I love living at Maverick! The staff are all so kind and welcoming, and Rob in the leasing office deserves a special shoutout. He’s always responsive, helpful, and really easy to talk to. I once emailed asking if the outdoor lounge furniture could be put out a week early because of the nice weather, and he took care of it right away! The community here is also such a highlight. I love the events, especially book club - the wine and cheese selection is always amazing and keeps getting better. Rob always listens to any feedback or event ideas. Highly recommend living here!!

The management team is very responsive, understanding, and always easy to reach whenever something comes up. They’re genuinely helpful and make things feel smooth and stress-free, which goes a long way. One of my favorite features is the party room, it’s a beautiful space with an amazing view, perfect for hosting and enjoying time with friends and family. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I appreciate how well the property is managed.

I’ve had a great experience living at Maverick Apartments. The building is well‑kept, the location and views are great, and the staff, especially Rob, really make it stand out. Whenever something comes up, Rob is quick to respond, quick to find solutions, and always makes you feel like a priority. He knows the residents, understands the building inside and out, and genuinely cares about keeping everything running smoothly. It really makes a difference and goes a long way toward making the building feel like home. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been living in a few different units at Mav for about four years now and absolutely love both the apartments and the area. The managing company (Weidner) that we have had the last year has also been great at hosting fun and well attended events every month and engaging with all the residents. I want to give a shout out to both Rob and Noah that when they heard I had sprained an ankle, send both flowers and a get well soon note! Thank you Mav team for ensuring we always feel at home!

We love living here! The views are amazing. The staff are exceptional. I had several issues with my apartment when I first moved in, and the maintenance team was extremely responsive and addressed everything immediately. They do multiple events a month, which is a great way to try to bring the community together. The gym is small and functional, but could use an upgrade.
