My wife and I had an incredible experience living at this gatsby location. It's a wonderful location near downtown Minneapolis. Being so close to HCMC, the metro green and blue line, and Lutunji's Palate has great coffee and food. I loved using the pool and get to soak in the jacuzzi. The grills work so well and make it easy to want to cook the food I want to that wouldn't be as tasteful in an oven. The 4th of July youll get spectacular view from the club house. It has games, outside patio, tvs, a fridge, oven, stoves and a lot of seating. I used the gym to work out everyday before and after work but not before I use the yoga studio to stretch. Management took our concerns into consideration. They are thoughtful when they leave gifts during the holidays and have events throughout the month. Those get togethers introduced us to our now friends. I believe Liv, head manager, puts a lot of thought and effort into her job and is not only professional but is personable. We moved because we found an opportunity to rent a duplex but if that didnt happen we'd still be living here. The maintenance guys Zack (wears a hat and glasses) and his coworker work hard to make this place working. The wait for repairs is not as long as ive had to wait at other apartments. The reason the outside looks beautiful is because of their hard work but also daisy the custodian. I enjoyed seeing daisy every morning when shes taking her time maintaining the inside of the apartments. As well as, taking out the outside trash. She always has a smile on her face and I know there is a language barrier but I always went out of my way to greet her every morning. I thank her for everything she does because I know its hard work and I appreciate her. Every apartment has their ups and downs but its your perspective and choice to see what happens around you in a negative or positive light. Im an optimistic individual so I try to make the best of every situation good or bad. If I ever need a place to live again thats not a house I would come back. Especially since its pet friendly for our dog and cat.

My experience at The Gatsby has been excellent from the start. The application process was smooth, every question my partner and I had was answered quickly, and the move-in experience made us feel immediately part of the community. The building is always clean, quiet, and welcoming, and the gym, pool, and other amenities are consistently well maintained. We love our apartment and the location—it’s close enough to walk to all the fun downtown spots, yet tucked away in a neighborhood that still feels peaceful. It’s really the best of both worlds. I’d also be remiss not to mention the staff, who are genuinely one of the highlights of living here. Liv and Tim (along with the rest of the team) go out of their way to take care of residents and the building. It might sound corny, but every time you walk into the leasing office—whether you’re asking a question or picking up a package—it feels like stepping into a friend’s home. They always make a point to check in and make sure you’re doing well. Overall, we’re so happy to call The Gatsby home!

I lived there for a year (almost). I couldn’t extend the lease since I had to relocate to the East Coast. Whatever I will say won’t be enough. The apartment is very clean, the management is prompt and helpful, everyone is so well behaved. The views both from the courtyard and rooftop are breathtaking. I love Gatsby!! ♥️

We just renewed our lease with Gatsby apartments this year. Our experience here has been wonderful - all of the staff are great at their jobs, always helpful, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help out! The building and apartments themselves are very modern and well made, we rarely have issues with anything, and when we do maintenance is very quick to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend living here!

It is a great place to live, nice location in downtown near the US Bank Stadium, bars and restaurants. Apartments are spacious and well distrubuted and the community areas and gym are very nice! Of course one the most important things its their staff, they are very helpful and attentive. It's sad to be leaving Minneapolis, but after nearly two years living at Gatsby, I can truly say it felt like home. Highly recommended!!
