We've been living at Edition for almost a year now and honestly, it’s been such a fun experience. The views of U.S. Bank Stadium are stunning! Everything is so close: the Armory is one step away, the stadium is right out front, and I can walk to the Guthrie Theatre in 10 minutes or the Government Center in about 2 minutes. If you have pets, the Commons Park is literally right next door. What really sets this place apart though is how much they actually do for the residents: ***The Food: There is free breakfast every Saturday. They’ve even done things like free pizza for two weeks straight and free chicken and waffles. ***The Events Inside: They’re always doing something cool—free flowers in the summer/fall, free holiday wrapping station, spa grab-and-go, and multiple contests where you can win $100, concert tickets, and more! ***The Events Outside: Living here feels like having a front-row seat to the city. Commons Park is always hosting something major. You get to see all Vikings home game energy, the "No Kings Day" rally back in October, and even the "ICE Out" protests happening this month. Even though it seems like a lot of energy, people are WELL BEHAVED and kept all areas CLEAN. Also there are food trucks during summer and pop up dog park! ***Maintenance & Safety: Maintenance is super fast. If I put a request in, it’s usually done that same day or the next morning at the latest. They also have security roving at night and always keep us updated on what’s happening in the neighborhood. ***The Staff: Nyonma & Rick are so friendly and always on top of whatever you need! So if you’re looking at Google Maps trying to decide—just do it. You’re right in the heart of EVERYTHING. I absolutely love living here! The apartment itself is great, but what really sets Edition apart is the staff and management. Everyone is incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The whole team goes above and beyond to make this a great place to live - shout out to Rick, Nyonma, and McKinsey. It's so nice to feel truly taken care of and supported in your home—couldn’t recommend it more. They are exceptionally courteous, upstanding, nice, and thoughtful!

Edition Apartments in the heart of downtown Minneapolis is luxury living at its finest. It's all about location, location, location! I had the pleasure of calling this place my home for a year. Everything is absolutely amazing, from the awesome staff to the events they throw (sometimes multiple in a month) to the free pastries for breakfast on every Saturday to the amenities and apartments themselves to the location. Highly, highly recommended this place, especially if it’s within your budget and you work downtown. There are many businesses a short walk away and two major event venues are only a 10 minute walk away. If you’re debating on it, just do it. You won’t regret it. This is the safest I have ever felt in an apartment complex, let alone it being downtown, and I have lived in multiple suburbs.

I have lived at Edition for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Even though I’m downtown, the building is nice and insulated so I don’t hear much of the outside world when I’m home. The complex and neighborhood are super dog friendly and there are so many amenities within walking distance too. The staff at Edition is AMAZING! They are attentive and quick when there is anything I need or have questions on and they create such a fun, warm, and welcoming culture. I cannot recommend these apartments enough and I feel so lucky to have found a long-term home and community.
