I took a tour at 700 Central and I highly recommend this place! The staff is so amazing and supportive throughout the whole application process. Trey and Molli are amazing and will always help you whenever you need it. Isaac is the maintenance there and is always on top of it and is great at his job! It’s a great location and the gym is perfect! 10/10 ✨✨✨✨

I lived in the Flats for a year and honestly, I'm not sure how strongly I'd recommend this building. The staff are lovely, the units are nice, and the buildings quiet, but some things just seem... oddly maintained? The garbage chutes leave both the building smelling pretty bad during the summer (as evidenced by the very strong air freshener in the lobby of the Flats all year round), for some time in the lobby there was bowl of lemons as decorations that were left until they were moldy, the gym is great but there was more often than not zero sanitizer spay to clean the machines when I was done, the roof grills were pretty dirty and furniture often strewn all over, the elevator seems to be broken (or on the verge of breaking, yikes!) frequently, my garage fob was accidentally deactivated by the office twice without any warning until I couldn’t get into the spot I paid for, and multiple time in a single year my garage or rent charges were incorrect. More chaotic energy than expected. Also, don't expect to get your deposit back when you move out. I left my unit sparkling clean and SIGNIFICANTLY cleaner than it was when I moved in (despite being promised a clean between when I got my keys and when I was actually moving in, which clearly didn't happen) and got absolutely gouged on things being "left unclean" when they very, very obviously had been deep cleaned by me. Clearly a money grab, but do your thing, Bader. All to say, I enjoyed my time living here, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it when there are so many other buildings with similar price-points, units, and amenities in the area.

Trey helped me with everything. From finding an apartment and finishing all the paperwork. Still super excited about moving in. Thank you! Looking forward living in the 700 central.

I loved living at 700 central. The building is clean, maintenance is timely, and management is great to work with. After 2+ years here, I moved cities, and Molli and Trey made the experience seamless for me. They helped get everything I needed done so I could focus on my move, and they were fair in every aspect of the move out process. I highly recommend this building and working with Molli and Trey.

Truly had the BEST experience working with Molly and her team when looking for a new apartment. I ended up choosing a community closer to my workplace, but 700 Central is obviously very well-managed, clean, and in a great location. Highly recommend 700 Central if you want a team that genuinely cares about finding you the perfect apartment & a community with tons of spacious, clean amenities!
