I have lived around Minneapolis for 5 years now for school and work, and 7West has been by far the best experience I have had both with the physical building as well as the incredible management team. I have only been here since August, and I am truly grateful that I signed a two year lease because my roommates and I really love it here. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, big windows, really nice kitchen and bathroom, the rooms have ample storage spaces. Allows pets!! Management is on site, I am walking by the office and seeing them everyday, I can ask questions anytime. They are so welcoming and accepting, it feels safe to be myself and safe to ask for things. The amenities (gym, study spots, breakfasts, mail rooms, garage, rec room) and public spaces are wonderful, and always clean. The maintenance staff is very kind and considerate, they work really hard to make the apartment feel comfortable. The area is wonderful with both the campus and city bus stop right outside the building, as well as the light rail down the street. 7Corners Coffee across the way, and if family ever visits, the hotel right next door. This is the first apartment that I have been in that also wants to build community. Management arranges a pet of the month, and celebrates birthdays in the building. We also have had genuinely really fun apartment hosted holiday parties, at which I have gotten to meet others who live here. It feels so nice to live somewhere that cares about us and wants us to feel at home. I feel really grateful to have found 7West!

I've lived at 7West for 3 years, and it has genuinely been wonderful! The leasing office is so kind and responsive, I feel like I can walk in and ask questions at any time. They also hold several community events that contributes to a very welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The location is amazing too, if you're going to the law school you just have to cross the street!

I lived at 7West for four years and am genuinely sad to be moving. This place truly felt like home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.The staff is amazing!! Hannah is the heart of the building. She truly cares about residents and goes above and beyond. Papa is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly and is always on top of maintenance. Together, they make the building feel welcoming and well cared for. I’ve always loved that 7West is a LEED Gold certified building. That means it’s designed to be healthier, more energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly, with better air quality and lower energy use. You can really feel the difference living here. I’ll always rave about 7West and miss living here so much. Thank you to the 7West Family!

I’ve absolutely loved living here. From the start, the team has been kind, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with, making the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Any time I had a question or needed help, they were quick to respond and always accommodating. The community is also wonderful—quiet when you need it to be, but still warm and welcoming. I’m really grateful for my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where people truly care.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for the past two years while attending law school, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated to making residents feel cared for. I especially appreciate the little touches, like the free donuts and coffee on Wednesday mornings — it’s such a nice perk to grab on my way to class. Even though I haven’t been very involved in community events due to my busy study schedule, the staff have still gone out of their way to make me feel included. They noticed how much I love my dog, Roger, and encouraged me to apply for Pet of the Month. Roger was selected for February, and he absolutely loved the trophy and gift basket! Overall, this has been a great place to call home for the past two years, and I’m very grateful for the supportive environment.
