My partner and I went to tour the building and we were in awe of how beautiful and well maintained it was! The amenities are amazing and the views are breath taking. Furthermore, Sean, who gave us the tour was so warm and welcoming. He was really busy that day but handled that all really well with the tour on top of it. He knew residents by name and truly made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions (someone give that man a raise haha). We left with a great impression and smiles on our faces.

I currently live at the Nic On 5th downtown and was actively considering moving into a 2-bedroom at this property. I was genuinely ready to make this place my next home until the experience I had today. I occasionally do Uber deliveries as a side income in addition to my professional corporate role downtown. While delivering an order to the front entrance, I was abruptly scolded and told to leave the order at the desk. When I tried to respond politely, the property manager told me to “shut up” and “get out.” That level of disrespect from someone in a management position was shocking and completely changed my perception of the property. No matter someone’s job or reason for being there, everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Update: I wanted to follow up on my previous review and share a much more positive experience after being contacted by corporate management. They personally reached out, apologized for what happened, and made it clear that the interaction I experienced does not reflect the standards they expect. I truly appreciated the professionalism, accountability, and genuine concern they showed in addressing the situation. Taking the time to listen, acknowledge the issue, and work toward making things right speaks volumes about their commitment to service and resident experience.

Living at 240 Park has been an absolute dream! We left our old building because it was an absolute nightmare. This made us very skeptical of any other apartment buildings going forward. However, from the moment we met Tim on our initial tour, we could tell that 240 Park was different in all of the best ways. Tim took his time and got to know what we were looking for and showed us multiple units, multiple times. He was patient, and made sure to answer all of our questions. What really stood out to us was the fact that while taking the tour, Tim greeted every resident we passed by name, as well as their dogs. It really seemed like a great community, and after living here we know that it is. The front desk and security team is also fabulous and really make sure that residents have what they need and are friendly faces when coming home everyday! Maintenance has been AMAZING. They have always gone above and beyond anytime they have come to respond to a request, which has been very rare as the units are in great condition. For the most recent request we put in, Maintenance was up helping us address the issue (not an issue at all, we just couldn't figure out our thermostat), in less than 4 hours. As far as the apartments go, location is great, we have never been able to hear our neighbors, and the appliances are quality. If you are looking for a great apartment, great management and maintenance team, and a great location, 240 Park is it!

240 Park is simply amazing! I was the first tenant and have nothing but great things to say about the building, staff, and overall experience. The amenities are top-notch, unlike anything I've seen throughout my past 5 years of living downtown. Hands down the safest and most luxurious property in Minneapolis!

I lived at 240 for 3 years and would recommend it to anyone. Tim is the most friendly community manager I've ever seen. He even memorized the names of all the tenets in the building! Hallways and amenities were always kept very clean. Great location for runs up and down the Mississippi too.
