The Gunther has been the absolute most incredible place to live. My fiancé & I have lived here for about 10 months now, and we will without a doubt be renewing our lease for another year. Prior to living here, we toured this place almost 10 times just because we were so excited for the day that we would finally be able to apply for an apartment. Michelle Carter, the Assistant Property Manager, began to remember us each time we would come in. She was always so welcoming, and was so knowledgeable in answering every question we had. When we were finally able to apply for the apartment, we worked with Michelle, and she was able to make the process so smooth and she was so excited for us when we were approved! We have zero complaints about living at The Gunther. We love having people over, and showing off the building as it's always kept extremely clean, and it feels incredibly safe. Everyone who works here is incredible, and they all make such an effort here. I would highly recommend The Gunther to anyone looking to move to the city.

Our family lived here for a year as a landing pad in between house sales, and we had a great experience living at the Gunther. We have two small boys who frequented the lollipop bowl outside the management office, and we always received the friendliest greetings from Niyah and Michelle (and other residents). Whenever we reached out for minor maintenance fixes, the maintenance team responded rapidly. Very well run apartment complex!

My husband and I are so sad to be leaving The Gunther but are so grateful for our time spent here! Having lived in our apartment for the last 4 years, we met some of our best friends, had the most wonderful maintenance department support us whenever needed, and the friendliest leasing office staff possible! It is a dog-friendly community in a very walkable area to Canton square and tons of stores. We’re leaving because of a job transfer but we would’ve stayed longer if we could!

I have lived at The Gunther for a month and a half, and I cannot tell you how fortunate I feel to have found this hidden gem. The management team and maintenance crew are top notch. They are proactive, accommodating, and some of the most genuinely friendly and caring people you could meet. The building itself is solidly built and has a great vibe to it. Common areas and amenities are updated, clean and well maintained. I am truly happy to have found such a great place to live.

I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and it’s a solid building! Mostly quiet (strangely I hear my neighbors below me and sound travels through the air vents), but roomy floor plans and the staff is excellent, Wayne on the maintenance team is so so helpful and kind, and everyone in the leasing office is great, Michelle was the first face I met and her friendliness was a big part of me choosing to lease here. I toured neighboring buildings before I made my choice, and while the Gunther lacks some of their amenities, they definitely make up for it in charm.
