I had a wonderful experience living at Arrive Union Wharf and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful waterfront community in Baltimore. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is hard to beat. What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding maintenance team, especially Vernon and Walt. Throughout my stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any maintenance requests were addressed promptly and professionally. They were always timely, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across individuals who take such pride in their work and care so much about the residents’ experience. Knowing that Vernon and Walt were there gave me peace of mind whenever an issue arose. Their positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and significantly contributed to making Arrive Union Wharf feel like home. They are truly an asset to the community. Thank you, Vernon and Walt, for all of your hard work and for making my time at Arrive Union Wharf such a pleasant experience!

Walter and Vernon are the best! Maintenance needs are always going to come up, it feels nice living in a place where I am confident they’ll be addressed quickly. Recently, had an AC issue and the team resolved so now I don’t need to worry about a sweaty baltimore spring. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. Thanks!

Walter and Vernon are the BEST at keeping our building going! Just last week I needed help with my garbage disposal and in just no time at all it was repaired. They’re quick with a smile and simply the best and I love them.

Walter, Gabriel and Vernon are superb and keep the place running. Since ive moved in Ive had some issues and theyre always addressed quickly. Fabulous maintenance team that always make sure my apartment is a safe and comfortable place for me to live in. Love that trio!
