My experience living at Baltimore Loft Apartments has far exceeded my expectations. Whenever any issues arise, AJ and Natalie address them promptly and efficiently. I have NEVER lived in an apartment community where management goes above and beyond the way they do ensuring tenants feel safe and maintained a clean, welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a lease or even a short-term rental, this is definitely the right place for you. The property is conveniently located downtown, close to local food spots, grocery stores, and a casino. You’re truly going to enjoy your stay!

My stay at Baltimore Loft Apartments was perfect! AJ was super helpful in helping me understand the lays of the land. The building is super safe with a top notch security system. As for the unit, it’s everything I wanted and more. Clean, cozy, every kitchen utensil under the sun. Even an espresso machine which is a plus for me. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and the whole unit felt just like home. 10/10!

I moved into Baltimore Loft Apartments at the top of this month and have enjoyed my time thus far! I'm loving the place! Extremely glad to be staying here! Would definitely recommend to others! Clean, friendly, nice size apartments, nice lighting, ect.!

I've been living here since summer 2024 and I love my apartment and its location. I'm close to lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and to the Inner Harbor. AJ has always been very responsive and I've never had any problem that wasn't both minor and readily addressed. The building is clean and quiet, and my apartment is beautiful with updated appliances. This truly feels like my home and I'll say it again that I truly love living here!
