We have been at Liberty Harbor East for a month, and we absolutely love it. Our apartment is beautiful and has lots of natural light, and the harbor is beautiful to look out on after a long day. Overall, if I had to describe living here in one word it would be peaceful. We also love the terrace, pool, and fitness room. Each of these amenities are beautiful and make living here so easy. When we need a change of scenery, there are great areas to work, study, or hang out on several floors of the building. This was the eleventh apartment tour we did when moving to Baltimore for a job at Hopkins, and we immediately knew it would be home. Kim, the property manager, has been with us every step of the way, from giving us our first tour to going above and beyond to help us get settled when we were splitting time between here and New York. She has been such a great resource and friend to us since we moved. All this to say, if you’re coming here for a Hopkins position or are relocating to Baltimore in general, this place is the best place to live in the city. I’m so glad to be here and so grateful to have found such a great place to call home.

We have been living at The Liberty for 6 plus years. My favorite is the desk concierge, Lashawn! She is amazing! Helpful whenever I needed anything and knowledgeable. Great personality with an infectious laugh and beautiful smile.

We love living at Liberty Harbor East! It is a great location and the building is well maintained. The staff is exceptional, especially LaShawn at the front desk! Always pleasant and always willing to help! We are glad we made this decision!!

I recently moved in with my partner, and we absolutely love it here. The best part of this building is the staff, from the concierge workers Brandon and David, to the leasing associate Valencia, up to management, Anthony and Kim; this is building is a pleasure from bottom to top. Even the lifeguard is great. This is my first time living in a Bozzuto managed building, and as somebody who works in property management myself, I can confidently say that they are doing incredible job, and are nothing short of professional.

I had not one but two terrible experiences with the leasing office at this building. A family member scheduled a tour and they completely stood us up, and then (after having gone back another day to finally tour the apartment) on the day they were scheduled to move in (lease signed and everything) again no one was available to give them the keys. What prompted me to write this review is that they repeatedly assured us they would be there “within the hour” and “within 10 minutes”. After 3.5 hours of waiting we gave up. Moving is stressful enough without having to be lied to like this. The front desk staff on both occasions were lovely and accommodating as possible but there was nothing they could do.
