I absolutely love this place! Outside of the beautiful apartment and stunning views there is a front desk concierge by the name of Will who has made my experience incredibly phenomenal. He is an outstanding asset to the Luminary! He is very helpful, accommodating and has a beautiful spirit. He goes over and beyond to ensure all needs are met. I have NEVER encountered a moment that he wasn't bubbly and super friendly. He has brought some of my personal not so bright days, bright by just his smile and how welcoming he is. I truly appreciate his presence. Again I love the Luminary you won't be disappointed living here!

10/10 living experience.The amenities, the access to restaurants and fun things and events to do in the downtown area makes living here a dream in all seasons! It’s an oasis in the middle of the city and the staff is always lovely and attentive. Shoutout to Angel the executive concierge who is especially courteous, personable and can figure out any issue if they arise. Of course extended shoutout to Tais & James who have always been accommodating and made me feel at home right away. I couldn’t recommend Luminary at One Light more.

Maintenance is very responsive to request an I never had any issues with them. Shout out to Hosay and Alex. Also the view in the apartment is incredible and never have any issues with the noise. Honestly never want to move.

We know the property is gorgeous, and I rarely write reviews, but I just had to shoutout Terrick specifically and the incredible service team. They are always so respectful and welcoming and I never have to worry about the occasional maintenance issue. The leasing team is also very friendly and are always available for any questions I have.

The only real positive about Luminary is the apartments themselves. They’re new, modern, and look nice. That’s honestly where the good ends. Management has been extremely disappointing. They’re difficult to reach, rarely respond to emails, phone calls, and overall seem very disorganized. There are also unexpected and unexplained charges that come up, which aligns with what other reviews/reviewers have mentioned! I should’ve listened! There’s always some new fee being added. For example, there’s a charge if your packages sit too long with concierge, yet concierge isn’t always available or doesn’t reliably give you ALL your packages. Makes no sense and is unfair. Another issue is how management presents themselves. They come across as very friendly and welcoming BEFORE you sign the lease, but that attitude changes after move-in. Once you’re a resident, the support and communication drops off significantly. Move-in was also confusing. There was little to no guidance, and I had to figure out basic things like where the mailroom was and how to access parts of the building on my own. So, if your only priority is having a nice-looking apartment, this place might work. But if you value responsive management, clear communication, and feeling supported as a resident, you may want to think twice.
