It’s a great place to stay since all utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, and there are no additional fees except for parking and pets. Many schools and hospitals are nearby. You can walk to the Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Federal Hill, and Mount Vernon, and public transportation is also accessible. The building has a 24/7 front desk, so there’s always someone available to help. The property is kept clean thanks to the housekeeping team, and the maintenance team does a great job keeping everything in good condition.

I truly loved living here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. All of the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests were handled very quickly, and the facilities were modern, clean, and well maintained. I especially want to thank Ling — she is extremely kind, understanding, and thoughtful. As an international student, living abroad can sometimes feel lonely, but she always made me feel welcome and cared for. Staying here truly gave me a sense of home. I will genuinely miss the life I had here and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and well-managed community.

Leasing and Moving can be incredibly stressful. I had an amazing experience working with Ling H. who made the entire application process at Redwood Campus an absolute breeze. She is organized , professional, and super responsive to phone calls and emails, From the very first tour, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect apartment. She answered all my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. It is rare to find a leasing agent who is both efficient and genuinely kind. If you are looking to move here, definitely ask for Ling H., her professionalism and warm personality make all the difference! Exceptional service! A huge thank you to her. Five stars.

I lived in Redwood campus center for almost a year, and l want to say that the place holds more than just pleasant memories- it truly deserves to be called home for anyone looking for a studio in downtown. Cozy furnished apartment, friendly stuff and great neighbours. A huge shoutout to the office team Betty, Lana, Ling and Luis, who went above and beyond to make the moving process seamless. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference. The concierge team is also fantastic—always friendly and helpful, making me feel so welcome from day one.🙂 Thank you, RCC, for making this milestone so memorable. 🫶

I have lived at Redwood Campus Center for 6 months now and I absolutely love it! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in to tour the building. Simone and the rest of the leasing office staff are phenomenal to work with and are always ready to help you with you anything you need. I love the fact that I truly feel more than just a number here. The entire staff know many residents by name, and always welcome you with a friendly "Hello" or "Good morning". They even know the four legged residents by name, and keep treats at the front desk! My favorite part about living here is the parking! I toured a lot of places before signing my lease here, but no apartment building could beat the parking Redwood Campus Center has to offer! The parking garage is under the building and has an elevator that puts you directly into the lobby. This is very convenient when it comes to grocery shopping. It also makes me feel very safe when going to and from my car. One of my biggest concerns prior to moving to Baltimore was safety and being home sick.... after 6 months of living here, I think it's safe to say, I have found my safe spot and home (:
