I had a great experience with Prosper on Fayette. The environment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made a very positive first impression. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the leasing manager Dominic, who was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The leasing staff is amazing. Eric was super helpful even from the very first time I toured the apartments. I haven’t had any major issues, and any small problems I do have are always handled quickly by the maintenance team. The leasing managers genuinely care about the residents and constantly go the extra mile to make our living experience better. They regularly host fun events and provide goodies for residents, which really helps build a sense of community, especially since many of us are in various grad programs. The furnished apartments and layouts are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, which makes it feel like home right away. If I had to do it all over again, I’d still choose to live here! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live!!!!!

Prosper on Fayette is the place to live. Not only is it clean and spacious, they have great amenities. My pup loves the rooftop deck/mini dog area. My friends love to visit my apartment. I live by myself, so I really appreciate the resident events they have so I can meet others! The staff is also very helpful and friendly which is a plus.

Prosper on Fayette has been a joy to live in. I’ve been really comfortable here and it is nice to live with fellow students. Everyone who I’ve talked to really enjoys it as well. I have a high opinion of the staff here especially Eric who has helped me a lot through my stay. Maintenance is really good at getting back to you and in general there’s usually very good communication about things!

Great location for students. Can’t say the amount of times being this close to school has saved me. Eric, the crew really do a great job here with events and getting us engaged. I appreciate them.
