I lived in this building from Dec 2025 to Dec 2026 and would absolutely not recommend it. Management sent out an email memo directing everyone to keep the heat set at a minimum of 55 degrees at all times so I set my window ac/heating units to the lowest they would go and my first two electricity bills were $670 and $480. I went back and forth with them for 8 months until they finally told me those bills were “normal” for my 501 sq ft apartment even though their agent said the electricity bill would be $100-120. For reference, i largely stopped using the window ac/heating units in March 2025 and my average bill was less than $70 but they insisted that the window unit was working fine. The insulation in the building is trash and the management is unreasonable.

I want to give a big thank you Miqual for his quick and professional help when my AC went out. He responded promptly, was very courteous, and made sure everything was fixed properly. It was a huge relief to have the issue resolved so quickly, especially in the heat. I really appreciate the great service and care—thank you for making this such a positive experience.
