Our family is having a great experience living in this apartment. The space is well-maintained, clean, making it comfortable to live in day-to-day. The management team has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, which made a big difference in overall convenience and peace of mind. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment itself is relatively quiet, which I really appreciate. Overall, this apartment offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to live.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I wanted to express to the arrive team how pleasant my stay has been here for the past 3 years. 5 stars from the front office, engineers, and cleaning staff. Special shout out to Lela Smith who has extremely attentive of the needs of the Arrive residents and great assistant property manager. My time at Arrive is coming to and end, I need to move closer to work. Thank you to the Arrive Team, I wish you all well. Cheers!

Highly recommend working with Lela Smith! She’s professional, friendly, and truly cares about residents. Her customer service is excellent, and she always goes the extra mile. My son lives at Arrive Inner Harbor, and she has made the experience so much better for him. We truly appreciate her dedication and support!

This was such a lovely experience touring only made grand by the likes of leasing professional Ms.Shabria. She answered every question I had thoroughly and happily. If everyone here is like Shabria then this is an excellent place to live. This is currently #1 on my downtown apt scouting list. If you tour here please ask for Shabria she will show you exceptional service and care. While going above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. 10/10

I had a great experience working with Lela at Arrive Inner Harbor. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and Lela truly stands out. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering Arrive Inner Harbor!
