The location truly cannot be beat — perfectly situated in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood surrounded by parks, scenic waterways, and vibrant local spots, plus close to downtown. What really makes Anthem House stand out, though, is the people. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and luxurious living experience. The leasing team is professional, knowledgeable, and caring, making the move-in process easy and daily living stress-free. The concierge team is always warm, attentive, and helpful, making residents feel valued. The housekeeping staff keeps the building looking great, and the maintenance team is prompt, efficient, and reliable whenever anything is needed. Security is also professional and present, which gives the community a strong sense of comfort and safety. Anthem House offers the perfect combination of exceptional service, unbeatable location, and beautiful surroundings.

Anthem House has been a fantastic place to live. The community has grown a lot over the past year with plenty of new faces, and the building has handled that growth really well. Bonnie at the front desk deserves a huge shout-out she's a bright spot every morning and always goes above and beyond for residents. And Judy in the evenings brings that same great energy after hours. Having reliable, friendly staff around the clock makes a real difference. The amenities are well-maintained and the location is hard to best quick access to I-95 makes commuting a breeze, and being right next to Fort McHenry puts you at the center of what's becoming Baltimore's own Navy Yard waterfront district. The neighborhood just keeps getting better. Highly recommend Anthem House if you know you know.

Anthem House is a wonderful place to be. I’ve lived here for five years and have never considered living anywhere else in Baltimore. The building is safe, well located, clean, attentively managed…the list goes on! Everyone who works here—from the leasing office to the maintenance team to the concierge desk—is professional, personable, and simply very good at what they do. Viktoria Allen in the leasing office has been an especially amazing resource as I prepare to move out of state. Thank you, Anthem House, for being my home for five happy years!

Anthem House and A2 are wonderful places to live. I've been here for almost 5 years - one main reason being the maintenance team. Of the few maintenance issues I've had, they have all been addressed in less than 48 hours. A special shoutout to Dionte - Anthem House is lucky to have him and I hope he stays here. I also have to shoutout Judy at reception, she is the sweetest and always so helpful and kind!

I have lived in the Anthem House community for over 6 years now and besides the convenience to my job the reason I have stayed here so long is the amazing front desk people, Bonnie in particular, she is always going above and beyond for the residents here and always with a smile. I also live here for the amazing maintenance staff... Dionte is my favorite, he always gets the job done right and in a timely manner.
