I visited Alta Federal Hill recently while apartment hunting. I had the pleasure of working with Raianne. The property alone is impressive enough, but Raianne's energy and professionalism played a big part in me choosing Alta Federal Hill over several other properties I looked at the same day. I didn't have time to stay for the full time they block for tours so, without missing a beat, she gave me an abbreviated tour but still managed to cover everything AND answer all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. She enjoys what she does and she enjoys helping people and it shows.

Honest review after living here for a year: Despite several cons I cannot find anywhere that matches my own expectations regarding amenities and location. Pros: - Close by I95, 395, 295 - Close by groceries, convenience, restaurants etc - Gym is new, nice, clean - Maintenance is extremely kind and fast - Newer appliances in unit and layouts are nice - Can't really hear neighbors unless they're in the courtyard Cons: - Multiple problems with the elevators and trash chutes - Garage door was out for a couple months - Personally was never greeted by the leasing office members. I really want to know why! I sometimes see them in the mail room, and unless I say anything first they just stare at me.. - Holds onto packages for 5 days and sends them back? I have to travel a lot and it's very inconvenient most times. I've never seen the mail room flooded with packages unless it's a holiday. - Rent is definitely on the pricier side compared to other places in the city. I'm from a big city and I pay the same amount. - I'm terrified whenever I drive out to (or in from) Hanover Street since there are no mirrors that shows both sides of the street. Seen someone else's review about getting their car totaled because of this same issue. - Similar issue–most people drive way past 5mph in the garage, and with no mirrors, it's very dangerous. Would it really be that much of a hassle to install some mirror at least in the lot for everyone's safety? Overall living conditions are fine, but I always had and will have second thoughts. It's just easy for me to commute and what not. It's a lovely neighborhood though.

I had a good experience living here, all the leasing staff especially Shabria and Raianne were l helpful especially during move in and move out stuff! Recommend living here. Edit: SHOUT OUT TO RAIANNE! So amazing and helpful. I literally had such a stressful day and she was super helpful with the whole move out and process and even stayed after work to help out! Nothing but good things to say about about everybody that works here

Note: Review based on tour Bottom line up front: The value of what you’re getting - especially now with the 1 - 1.5 months off rent! - far exceeds that of other apartments in the area. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!! Sherry did an awesome job with the virtual tour - knowledgeable, showed me everything I wanted to see, and had awesome customer service. I then came in for a tour but unfortunately was double booked (I could have given them the wrong time, as I looked at many other apartments that weekend). Rika went so far above and beyond to accommodate us, asking the other person touring if it’d be alright that we join, making sure to be attentive to both of our parties throughout the experience, and being incredibly knowledgeable despite the size of the building and how new it is. The building looks exactly like the photos on their site and the rooftop *view is even better* - just stunning. (Pics attached don’t even do it justice.) You can tell that they invested in *quality materials*, as evidenced by the soft shut kitchen cabinets. They have several features that go above and beyond anything I’ve seen in an apartment before, from a package wrapping bar to beer on tap to a vending machine for pets. The ONLY reason I’m not moving in (and incredibly bummed about it, honestly) is because of its distance to my partners’ work.

Raianne was great!!! We were late to our tour and she still showed us around and I got a good glimpse of the location in a good amount of time. Great personality and very king and welcoming. She did an amazing job!!!
