The best (apartment) community I’ve lived in. The building is clean, the amenities are amazing; but what separates 414 light st is the sense of community, the events calendar, and getting to know your co-residents- which is the most inclusive and welcoming community I’ve experienced as far as apartment living goes. The staff is exceptional. Louise does a fantastic job. Maintenance is responsive to requests promptly. The building otherwise speaks to itself: great location with harbor and downtown views, amenities including community areas, gym, pool, which are exceptionally maintained. Overall 5/5 star and would recommend to future tenants!

I’ve been living at 414 for a little over a year and I can say I am loving it. My apartment is really nice and the amenities are amazing. I really love the yoga classes on Tuesday night. Also the community is great, lots of building events and if you’re too lazy to cook food trucks on a regular basis. One thing that impresses me every day is how clean this place it. The location is perfect being right by the harbor and with two restaurants inside the building, you never have to go far if you don’t want to.

Without 414, I probably wouldn’t want to live in Baltimore anymore. It’s the newest and best apartment building in the city—fully equipped with top-notch facilities and stunning interior design that’s exactly my style. Our room boasts an amazing view. The absolute highlight, though, is the communal area on the 7th floor, where I’ve spent countless leisure hours reading, working, playing pool 🎱, and mahjong. A huge thank you to Louise for organizing our Mahjong nights and even buying us a mahjong table 🀄️! The building is home to over 100 outstanding and friendly Chinese international students, who often gather on the 7th floor to study, work out, have meetings, or play Werewolf. I hope every Chinese student here enjoys a healthy and happy time! There are free yoga and Pilates classes every week, and I’m off to yoga 🧘

Moving into 414 Light this year has been one of the best decisions we've made after we decided to move to the Baltimore area. We have lived in well-kept apartments in the NYC metro area, so were hopeful of an equivalent experience here, and after one year, I am happy to report that this apartment has far-exceeded my expectations. Beyond the unique exterior mirrored facade along the Baltimore harbor skyline, we were immediately struck by the building's exceptional features, cleanliness, and fresh smells as we toured the building a year ago (and we still experience this today). The centralized location is unparalleled - being directly proximate to Federal Hill, the Inner Harbor, the Science Center, the National Aquarium, and both Oriole Park and Ravens Stadium, everything exciting in the city is within easy reach. The added benefit of direct access to I-95 allows for effortless travel in and out of the city, regardless of the traffic. Highlights of our first year living here include experiencing the nearby stadiums, the floor to ceiling windows / balcony views of the city, and watching fireworks over the harbor. The physical location and upkeep is top notch, but the staff has really helped to make us feel at home at 414. From the initial selection process, Michael was absolutely amazing. We were moving here from another state, and both remotely as well as when we visited, his detail-oriented approach was invaluable in helping us select the perfect unit for our needs. Every question was addressed promptly, and in detail. Even months into our first year, he has remained consistently available and helpful for any support. The front-of-house team sets a high standard for safety and welcome. Garrett stands out as an anchor among the concierge staff - consistently offering a familiar face, a cordial welcome, all while maintaining a strong focus on security 24/7. The secure entrances, multiple evening security guards, and the round-the-clock concierge makes residents feel truly safe and prioritized. The community environment fostered here is extraordinary, largely thanks to Louise, the phenomenal Director of Resident Services. Beyond knowing many of us by name and cultivating a genuinely positive atmosphere for all residents, Louise goes out of her way to engage the community. Aside from 1:1 reach outs and engagement in events, this positive experience was exemplified for us by a wonderful Diwali party she hosted on the 7th floor where she took time to lead while also engaging the residents in on the planning and execution. Lastly, the upkeep and maintenance team has been consistently on point. The common areas are constantly cleaned and maintained at levels similar to a luxury hotel...while there was a snag with the AC and water systems this past summer in the building, the team worked around the clock to prioritize the resident experience and resolve the issues quickly. Overall, the combination of high-quality amenities, unbeatable location, and, most importantly, the top-tier, dedicated staff makes this building a wonderful place to call home.

We recently moved into 414 Light Street and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything about the residence exceeded our expectations. The apartments are spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views that make coming home every day a joy. The amenities — from the fitness center to the common areas and lounge spaces — are top-notch, well-maintained, and make living here truly convenient and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Louise! She made our move completely seamless and was incredibly accommodating, professional, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home from day one. From start to finish, she was attentive and genuinely caring — it made all the difference. Highly recommend 414 Light Street, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Louise!
