I spent 3 years at 2 Hopkins, and it was my best experience ever at an apartment. The location puts you right near most spots in the city. But the management team make it feel like home. Jordan, Devin, and the rest of the staff were always kind, courteous, and welcoming to everyone. And the mech team is also fast and diligent. My wife and I made great memories here, and I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Baltimore while still having a quiet place to relax.

I’ve had an excellent experience living in this building. It’s always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is professional, friendly, and very responsive whenever I need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is great and convenient to everything. I truly feel comfortable and safe here and would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I'm writing this review now. I thought I had already done it, but now that I live in Portland in a building that isn't very impressive, I often find myself thinking about 2 Hopkins apartments and how everything was perfect there. My husband and I lived there in 2022. The apartment we chose was spacious, even though it only had one bedroom, and the view of the city was really nice. I remember that when we came in the first time, the apartment was cleaned. Although the building didn't have as much common space as other buildings in the city, I think it worked well in any case. The parking garage is big enough for all apartments, and I really appreciated the different events that the staff organized for special days. The elevators were fast and always available, and the building was always very clean. The staff is great and always ready to help with anything. If you are moving to Baltimore, I highly recommend this place! Definitely money well spent on rent.

Devin was absolutely amazing and very helpful!! With a warm personality and great humor, Devin made me feel welcome from the very first minute! I also spoke to Jordan the next day about my application and to say 2Hopkins has the best leasing office is an understatement! The building is definitely well kept and beautiful on the outside and inside! Can't wait to make 2Hopkins my home in 2 months!

I lived in this building for a year and really enjoyed my time here. The place is well-kept, and everything always felt clean and secure. What made the biggest difference was the staff, they’re genuinely kind, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever something came up. It made living here easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live.
