I love the apartments themselves--they are spacious, well appointed (love the closets!), and the amenities (pool, gym, package room, rooftop dogie run, parking, etc.) are well kept and maintained. The only possible downside is the location, which can get pretty hectic on Ravens game days. It's also conveniently close to the highway, but it can be pretty freeway-noisy at times. The best part about the apartments is the wonderful people who work here! They are always helpful, responsive, communicative, and they strive to solve problems as they arise.

My wife and I have been living at 101 Cross Street for almost a year, and we love it. Casey and Deanna are very nice, professional, and responsive. They genuinely care about making sure that the apartment complex is well cared for and the residents are heard. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and very helpful - when we first moved in, the AC wasn’t working and they fixed it within an hour of submitting the request. We feel very safe and comfortable here, it is quiet and clean, the amenities are great, and the location is walking distance to our favorite restaurants in Fed Hill. The parking is also very cheap for Baltimore and the garage is secure.

LOVE this place!! Wish I moved here years ago!! The leasing office is INCREDIBLE. They are so helpful, responsive, and professional. My apartment was perfectly ready for move in. The community is ALWAYS clean. They also have some really cool events for tenants to attend!

I lived in this building from July 2019 through November 2025 and genuinely had a great experience overall. While I enjoyed living here from the start, the sense of community truly strengthened after Bozzuto management came in. The transition brought a noticeable improvement in how connected and supported residents felt. The staff is fantastic — professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. Over time, they really came to feel more like friends than just building staff. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in what they do. I’ll always look back fondly on my time here and would absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️MOVE IN UPDATE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Smoothest move yet. Booking the loading dock and freight elevator, was a breeze and so helpful. Make sure when choosing an apartment building 'freight elevator' is truly that, not just in label only. Maintenance here are the MVP's of this leg of the journey. Addressing move in concerns, or fixes -- quickly, thoughtfully and expeditiously. Still very satisfied. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TOURING & APPLICATION PROCESS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been through several apartment searches, and I have to say — the experience at 101 W Cross Street stood out in the best way. From the start, Deanna Tanzilli was helpful and responsive — sending videos, answering questions by email, and making sure I had what I needed to make an informed decision. That kind of clarity matters. Casey Shiloh gave me all the time I needed during my second tour — no rush, no pressure. He let me take measurements, map out furniture layouts (yes, I brought little scale cards for my bedroom setup), and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. In fact, he told me afterward that it was a pleasant visit. That level of care and patience isn’t always easy to find. Most of my interactions have been with Megan Saunders, and she’s been a consistent bright spot. Professional, quick to respond — she made the process feel less transactional and more human. When I changed my mind about layouts? No problem. Needed more info or video walkthroughs? “You got it.” I even asked to come back again to take additional measurements for new furniture and she said, “Come on over.” That kind of flexibility and positive energy makes all the difference — especially during a process that can often feel overwhelming. It speaks volumes about the kind of community they’re building. The property itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and truly resort-style — some residential halls / doors are showing some wear, but nothing a fresh coat of paint couldn't spruce up. They property is so manicured, I'm sure that's in the works. Grateful for the experience so far. I’ll update again once I’m settled in, but for now — five stars, without hesitation.
