I toured at The Gray with Jazzmin and honestly had a really good experience. I’m starting school at UT in August and I’m so excited to move to the gray! She was super helpful with the application and even gave me a code to SAVE on my application fee! Definitely recommend touring with her!

I recently toured this community and had such a great experience, largely thanks to Nathalia at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly organized. She made the entire tour feel smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer every question thoroughly and ensuring I understood all the details about the property. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, and it’s clear she takes pride in providing a great experience.

Jazzmin did an amazing job during our tour. She was welcoming, informative, and made sure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. You can honestly tell she really cares about what she does. I would definitely mark this as a great experience overall! I will most definitely be leasing with her in the near future! ☺️

I came in just to look and left seriously considering applying because of Jazzmin. I can’t wait to move in December! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made a lasting impression. I would recommend touring with her.

I had a really nice experience with the leasing office. Nathalia was easy to talk to, super helpful, and made everything feel a lot less stressful. She answered all my questions and kept me in the loop the whole time.
