I’ve been living here for about five months now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, Mayra made the experience amazing, she was incredibly flexible with getting me moved in and made me feel welcome right away. I always joke with my friends that I live at a resort. Between the gym, pool, clubhouse, and the overall atmosphere, it really feels like a place you don’t ever have to leave. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. One thing that really stands out is the sense of community. The team does an incredible job organizing resident events, asking for feedback, and keeping communication clear and consistent. You can tell they truly care about the people who live here. As a single woman, I also really appreciate how secure the building is, from the gated parking garage to the key fob access on doors, it gives great peace of mind. A special shoutout to Jose, the maintenance supervisor, he is always prompt, professional, and extremely detailed, even with non-emergency requests. Overall, I absolutely love my little “resort” here in Seminole Heights. It’s been such a great place to call home!

I have had a great experience living here. One thing that really stands out is the manager’s attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and take pride in making sure everything looks clean, organized and well maintained. I’ve always noticed is how nice the building smells when you walk in. The leasing staff has also been wonderful. They’re knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always willing to help. The amenities are some of the best. The business center is easily one of my favorite features. It has private workspaces that feel professional, comfortable seating areas, larger screens and even a small kitchen like area. I also appreciate the little extras throughout the property. The tool room is incredibly convenient since most people don’t have every tool they might need sitting in their apartment. The garage also includes dedicated bike areas and other practical spaces instead of being just parking. The pet amenities are great as well. The dog park is a nice space with a great view, and our dog loves spending time there. The pet wash station with complimentary treats is also a nice touch. The pool area is another highlight. The shallow lounging areas are perfect for relaxing while staying cool, the cabanas are comfortable, and the lounge chairs have headrests. The resident events are fun, and the people who live here are friendly and easy to get along with. It feels like a community where it’s easy to meet people and make friends. The location is hard to beat. Being right off the highway makes getting around incredibly convenient. Whether I’m heading to USF, downtown, the airport or the beach, everything is easily accessible. Having a gas station nearby has also come in handy more times than I expected for gas and things I forgot to grab.

I recently toured Evelyn City Lofts with Douglas, and it was a great experience. He had a very chill, easygoing vibe and delivered a great pitch that really highlighted everything the community has to offer. The apartments themselves are absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful finishes that really stand out. The gym was definitely one of my favorite amenity. Douglas also did an excellent job with follow-up, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great tour and left a strong impression!

I toured this apartment complex yesterday and honestly it was one of my favorite tours so far. I felt that the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and listened to my wants and needs. They were attentive when asking what I was looking for in an apartment and catered our tour to what I expressed that I was looking for. All in all the appeal of the amenities was incredible as well. Everything seemed super clean, organized, and well maintained. I did have a few tours remaining after this one, but none of them appealed to me as much as Evelyn City Lofts. I applied and am excited for move in.

I moved here recently and I couldn’t have been happier. I filtered through countless apartment complexes in Tampa and worried about a smooth relocation. The moment I walked into Evelyn City Lofts I knew I wouldn’t be impressed with any other complex. Right by the highway, brand new amenities and apartment, top quality appliances, four tiered garage and most importantly a very friendly and supportive management team. I am especially thankful for Mayra’s support – from the tour to the application process and even after moving, she was always there.
