I lived in the Fitz for almost 8 years and it was a great chapter of my life. Management was the same the entire time, the building is cleaned and maintained every day, and it's a real hidden gem in an area of Tampa with a lot of options. The building was opened in 2017 and some people have lived there since the beginning which is a testament to how great the experience is there. Thanks for everything!

I’ve been living at The Fitzgerald and honestly, it’s been an amazing experience. The community here really stands out—everyone is friendly, respectful, and it genuinely feels like a place you’re proud to call home. One of the biggest highlights is the staff. They go above and beyond every single time. Whether it’s maintenance requests, questions, or just day-to-day interactions, they’re always responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s rare to find a team this consistent and dedicated. The building itself is always well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully managed. You can tell there’s real attention to detail, which makes a huge difference in everyday living. Overall, The Fitzgerald has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place in Tampa with a strong sense of community and a staff that truly has your back, this is it. Highly recommend. * The internet was an issue and the staff immediately jumped on it and remedied the situation. That was the only thing I would say was a negative - now it is impossible to say something bad about the fitz.

This is the best complex and staff in the Tampa area. Best living experience is an understatement. I’ve been here since 2017 (9 years) and can’t say enough positive things about this place of living. Great amenities and pool/grill area. Move here! You won’t regret it.

I have lived here for over a year and a half. I have to tell you it’s been just a dream. The Fitzgerald being conveniently located to all places I have had the opportunity to venture out in the local area. The scene in Tampa is only growing especially in Ybor, Water St, Hyde Park…etc. It’s pretty exciting to know that I’ll be apart of it in some small way. And The Fitzgerald is the perfect home to give me the freedom to explore a new city. I have loved every minute of it!! Thanks!

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with Hisham. I had contacted several apartments around Tampa and had some really painful conversations, until I called up Hisham. I couldn't be more helpful and I can't wait to finally move in next month!!
