2BAYSHORE luxury apartments in Tampa = location, location, location! Tracie Haas was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming, and expeditious to email correspondence. That's excellent customer service!!! 2Bayshore has numerous amenities, as well as an absolutely fantastic location, awesome two-story gym, great scenic pool area with nice comfortable lounge chairs and a BBQ area, Apartment unit interior amenities, = refrigerator filtered water dispenser, trash butler service, washer/dryer, large bathtub, private balcony, bright light. They have clean amazing two story gym, beautiful pool & BBQ area, several lounge sitting and work areas, enclosed parking, guest parking, helpful staff, butler trash service, secure building, safe area, and an absolutely fantastic location!!! Publix is conveniently located across the street. You can walk to downtown, Hyde Park, Hillsborough River Walk, Harbor Island, Davis Island, Channel District, Convention Center, Marina, and more! TGH is just over the bridge so a bonus one can walk to work if you work at the hospital. Only negative is the apartment A/C unit has not been serviced since 2022 according to the units handwritten date for service performed and it is in questionable condition which surprised me with all the Florida humidity and usage I thought the A/C unit would be serviced at least once a year. In a nutshell, 2Bayshore apartments definitely have nice bright apartments with phenomenal amenities, and an absolutely fantastic location!!!

We relocated to Tampa for my role at TGH and needed a place to land while we learned the area and figured out where to buy our forever home. 2Bayshore turned out to be exactly what our family needed and more. From day one, Tracy, Ariana, and Farrah have been outstanding. They are kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the people (and pets) who live here. Any time we’ve submitted a maintenance ticket, someone has been at our door within a couple of hours. That level of service is rare, and it has been consistent throughout our time here. The property is always clean, well maintained, and has a real “home” feel rather than just an apartment building. The location is fantastic. We’ve loved having easy access to great restaurants, nightlife, and plenty of things to do along Bayshore and in the surrounding area. It has been the perfect base while we got to know Tampa and searched for our permanent home. When we finally found a house, the team worked with us on a fair and mutually agreeable exit plan, which we really appreciated. They treated us like people, not just a lease. We truly cannot say enough good things about 2Bayshore and the people who run it. If you are moving to Tampa, especially if you are new to the area or working at TGH, we highly recommend making this your first stop.

What I like the best about 2bayshore is the location and the architectural design. The 3 buildings are very well done. It’s very cleanly. The gym is always clean and there’s nothing like started my day to that beautiful view. Office staff and maintenance are incredibly helpful. Ariana has been a dream to work with and always willing to assist me. I feel very safe and at home and I’m so glad I chose 2bayshore!

Living at 2 Bayshore Apartments has been nothing less of a pleasure! From the very beginning, Farrah in the leasing office went above and beyond to make the move-in process easy and stress-free. The staff is consistently responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well-kept. The events they plan each month really help create a sense of community. The location doesn't get much better, being steps away from the Riverwalk and Hyde Park, while still staying quiet and feeling safe. If your looking for a calm, clean, and convenient place to live, I highly recommend 2 Bayshore!

I had a really great experience working with Ariana at 2 Bayshore Apartments. From the moment I came in for a tour, she was super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. She took her time showing me around the property and made sure I understood everything about the units and amenities. She also answered questions I had about nearby spots and gave some really good recommendations for food and things to do, which helped a lot since I was new to the area. What stood out the most was how smooth she made the whole process. From the tour to getting everything set up and moving in, she stayed on top of things and kept me updated the entire time. It made what could have been stressful feel really simple. The property itself is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the location right by Bayshore is hard to beat. Ariana did a phenomenal job and made the whole experience way better than I expected. I would definitely recommend working with her if you are thinking about moving here.
