Danielle was an absolute superstar throughout our entire move-in process. She helped us with everything — from answering questions promptly, guiding us through each step of the transition, and making sure we felt comfortable and confident at every turn. Danielle’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care set the tone for what has been a truly amazing experience. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with luxury finishes, resort-style amenities, and a location that’s unbeatable here in Harbour Island/Tampa. The community feels safe, inviting, modern, and exceptionally clean — truly like coming home every day. Danielle made what could have been a stressful move seamless and even enjoyable. We've really loved living at Olympus Harbour Island. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they always make us feel welcome whenever we see them around the building. A special shout-out to Antonio, who has been fantastic. He's always quick to help with service requests and does a great job every time. His experience, attention to detail, and dedication really stand out. Thank you! We feel lucky to live in such a great building with such an amazing team. What makes Olympus great beyond the location and beauty of the building is, hands down, the outstanding staff. From the front desk to maintenance, they are ALL accommodating, attentive, and gracious, and I am always greeted with kindness and a positive attitude. I especially want to commend Antonio. He is hands down one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve ever worked with. He consistently shows up on time, has a great attitude, and takes tremendous pride in his work. Every repair or project he handles is done with care, attention to detail, and a level of craftsmanship that reflects true professionalism. What stands out most is his reliability and positive demeanor. No matter the situation, Tony is always smiling, friendly, respectful, and focused on making sure the job is done right the first time. He communicates well, follows through on commitments, and always leaves things better than he found them. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill, professionalism, and outstanding customer service so effortlessly. Our building is fortunate to have him, and I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality maintenance work. Thanks to all the folks who make Olympus a fabulous place to live.

I seriously love living here! Everything is always super clean, it smells amazing, and the staff is the best!!!!! They’re so nice and always on top of things from the office, to the maintenance! You can tell they just love their job! You can tell they really care about the residents 😊 . They also do the best resident events! We just went to a Lightning game yesterday and it was SO much fun. It’s awesome living somewhere that actually does cool things for their community. My apartment itself is gorgeous; the view is amazing and everything feels top-notch. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier living here!

We moved in a month ago and we love living here!! The staff is excellent!! Antonio always helps us with any maintenance problems we have. He comes very quickly and fixes everything. He is very kind and friendly!! Dali helped us with the move in and was wonderful with all that we needed to do!! She still helps us and always gives us a friendly hello!! Danielle is also very helpful and friendly too!! It has been a wonderful experience and we also love the location!!
